Very solid gym. Mike is a great instructor, has a lot of patience to explain all the moves and your questions, great group of guys to roll with. Everyone is very chill. I like how they run the classes you spend the entire time working in jiu jitsu and technique for the BJJ class. Clean mats.

Stopped by to visit and I felt like I was home. Super nice group and awesome instruction. Highly recommended
