“It might seem counterintuitive to write a review when my car is still stuck.. but that's honestly the best case scenario! The team was responsive, helpful, and kind through our entire interaction. I explained that I really couldn't afford a lot out of pocket and that I really didn't know what getting the car out of it's spot entailed and not only did they ensure me they wouldn't do anything without talking to me, they also followed up with my insurance company afterwards to help me with the next steps forward. They even had another team member evaluate the situation to make sure they weren't missing anything. “Great service straight to the point. I went for a front bumper and it was just as described. I ask for a rear bumper for another vehicle and they confirmed they had it as well. The prices are fair. Remember Jersey TAXES. But over all it was worth the drive.”
