Tom went out of his way to not only quell our anxiety; but thoughtfully on our behalf took the initiative and engaged with our insurance company who were talking in circles, changing “their” story and trying to have us release our car as “totaled” when it hadn’t even been looked at. In my opinion car insurance is like health insurance. They can care less about the person on the other line and what and how they are feeling, the sadness and apprehension, the “what now,” and the new bill to an unexpected life’s event. “If I could give six stars I would. First of all they do excellent work But most importantly I needed it back by a specific date And they came through. A tree smashed into my truck And Destroyed half the bed in the front Fender and Hood. You can't even tell it was damaged after they got done. They have even washed and waxed the entire vehicle before giving it back to me. “It might seem counterintuitive to write a review when my car is still stuck.. but that's honestly the best case scenario! The team was responsive, helpful, and kind through our entire interaction. I explained that I really couldn't afford a lot out of pocket and that I really didn't know what getting the car out of it's spot entailed and not only did they ensure me they wouldn't do anything without talking to me, they also followed up with my insurance company afterwards to help me with the next steps forward. They even had another team member evaluate the situation to make sure they weren't missing anything.
