paid $13 for an exterior car wash for the dirt to not come off my car/still be visible. wish i would have gotten back in line. don't recommend.

I would not recommend this car wash. Their equipment has scratched my car multiple times, and the marks are very noticeable now. The staff members who dry the cars don’t do a thorough job. I had the unlimited membership, and several times they didn’t even apply the tire dressing because they were rushing. Overall, the quality and care just aren’t there and it damages your vehicle paint.

Each day the service gets worst and worst we left a paper on the car and they didn't move it to clean,unacceptable

Terrible service. Careless staff and management. Damaged my car. Scratched the side. And they don't even do a good job cleaning. The manager hides behind staff who make believe they don't understand you.

Nasty workers. Paid service to include the wax. Never got it. When I went home I looked in my SUV trunk area. They NEVER vacuumed it at all!!! Never again!!!

I see so many bad reviews for this place and while I don’t doubt anyone’s experiences, I’m perplexed. I’ve been going here for years and haven’t had any issues or complaints. Every once in awhile when it’s very busy the inside of my car isn’t thoroughly wiped down, but I just take two minutes at home to finish the job. No big deal. Otherwise, I’m always very happy when I leave, my wheels shine, the interior is thoroughly vacuumed, the exterior is dried well…I have a monthly membership and go 1 to 2 times a week, so maybe because I maintain the cleanliness and am neurotic about messes in my car, it’s a no brainer to clean. No idea, but I think they’re great, the woman inside is always really nice and the guy who I think may be the manager, he has an air of managerial authority about him, is always friendly and helpful.

I've been going to this car wash frequently for many years. It's always been great for how quickly you get through and it's relatively inexpensive. It's not perfect, and I wouldn't expect it to be for how fast it runs. This past Monday on 5/13 I went there for a wash and everything was the same as usual. When I got home however I noticed the dash cam I have mounted on the inside of the rear windshield of my Forester was off and unplugged. I didn't think much of it at first but later when I had a chance to go out and take a look I realized that the cable was ripped out with enough force to damage the inside of the camera. Something is rattling around inside and it's entirely unusable. My camera was running the entire time and I did see footage of a few workers opening my trunk to wipe down the windshield and after a short time my camera goes black and I lose the feed completely. I emailed the business with my problem and by Friday the 17th I was able to speak with the manager on the phone. I explained what happened and he suggested I come to the car wash to speak in person. I went there today May 18th and after a short conversation about what happened, and showing him the broken camera he offered to reimburse me on the spot for the replacement. I ordered my camera on my phone right there, texted him the receipt, and then we went back inside where he paid me cash for it. He was very friendly and accommodating and didn't even ask to view the footage, though I would have gladly if he needed. I've seen many bad reviews on their customer service and I was nervous about how this might work out, but I have to say that my experience with the manager and this business have been positive. I appreciate the manager working with me to fix the problem, and I hope the team members are a little more careful about their customers personal belongings.

I have going to this car wash for over 5years and the service was amazing in the beginning. I go today and this is the 2nd time my car did not look clean at all. The vacuum of my floors were only clean for appearance of looking like they we're clean but under completely dirty, and nothing was wiped down. I spent $42.55 with car freshener products. I asked to speak to the manager and his response was that they no long clean or wipe the insides and that he has been the manager for 24 years. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services when th ultimate was is what the includes and more.
