This place is disgusting. The manager is rude. They wouldn’t honor my 55 dollar gift card that was expired by a few days. They lack customer service skills. The place is not inviting. The manager was nasty and mean and not apologetic. Will never use this place. They do not deserve your business. They steal!

I went once for a manicure and this time for a waxing. The woman used those wax rollers that they roll over the area. The issue is that those are generally not as hot and don’t spread the wax thick enough. I am left with hair all over my leg afterwards. And my manicure last time wasn’t great either. The French lines were uneven and thick, and the sides of my nails were left unpainted. Very disappointed.

Charged me for a gel removal, I had no gel on my nails. I asked for a gel manicure and got a regular one instead but yet they charged me for a gel manicure anyways.

I finally made a good account Lol , but I been comming here for years and years , they never disappoint me , ask for that beautiful young kady Janetzi . she always give me the best foot scrubs and massages . She is literally wonderful , and it gets even better she brings me coffee and a snack while she gives me this amazing pedicure . but there services are the best and blessed , not just blessed but they blessed me up with this pedicure 😉😉 but definitely RECOMMEND 💅

Have been coming to this spa for years. Sue and her crew are amazing! Since Angela took over, she's only enhanced the place and services.
I always feel like a celebrity and get treated as such when coming here.
Best place to visit when by the jersey shore.
Will be back... with friends ?
Cleanliness: Spa is very neat and clean.
Makes you feel good about getting a pedicure here.

Went for first time since moving back in April. So disappointed! Overbooked.!!! Usually a pedicure is 30 min. A great one a little more. Not this time 15 min. Your done. My manicurist didn't even tell me to sit and dry polish just BYE. She had a full body wax who was heard saying TU for fitting me in. Angela ran down hall while I sat for 45 minutes waiting for friend who started her pedicure same time as me. It was friday and a pack salon. Others were kept waiting too and heard me speak at register to Sue the owner. Make your own decision on this salon.

I saw Sue today!! It was my first time at this spot!! This is the first time I had a manicure and someone soaked my fingers in warm soap water. She cut ever cuticle, I pick my nails pretty bad from nervous energy and she told me that tips were not in my favor and I should stay away from them! She said it’s not about the money ? and brought me over to the sink and put soap on my hands and washed my hands off with a retractable spout. I just couldn’t believe the service, kindness, and just outright an amazing environment. Calm music…nice staff. I paid $30 for a gel manicure ? It’s amazing. I am a dedicated customer and will be back in two weeks!! I found my nail home!! What local gem ? this place is!!!!

Beware , this place kept me waiting for almost an hour after having an appointment. I called them telling them I was going to be there 10 minutes late . I came in and I waited so long . They kept taking people in. After waiting so long I got up and left . The management sucks , the owner left the place to people who can't even run the place . Good luck People !!!
