“Peter James Floral created the most EXQUISTIE floral arrangements for my daughter's baby shower! When I met with Peter James and told him that I my daughter wanted floral arrangements to be created in teapots, sugar bowls and creamers to look whimsical and no two were to be the same, he knew exactly what I needed and understood my daughters vision. (I didn't have a clue.) I left all my teapots, sugar & creamers with him to create and work his magic.
A week later, I could not believe my eyes. These were the most beautiful flower arrangements I had ever seen. It was exactly what we were looking for. Peter James is an artist!!!! “In The Garden:
I was originally going to give this 3 stars, but ultimately chose not to considering it was Mother’s Day weekend and I understand florists are stretched incredibly thin during holidays. That said, I did specifically choose In The Garden because of its exceptionally high Google rating, and with a 4.9 review score, I honestly took for granted that I was going to receive something truly exceptional. That’s ultimately why the experience felt disappointing — largely because of the expectations I had going into it on multiple levels.
I ordered the deluxe Mother’s Day arrangement for my mom while she was away helping care for my sick sister. I really just wanted to brighten her day and send something that felt beautiful, fresh, and uplifting during an already stressful time.
To be fair, the arrangement itself was still pretty, and you can absolutely tell there is real artistry and creativity behind their floral design. This was not a careless arrangement by any means. The florist clearly has talent, and the arrangement still felt thoughtfully composed overall.
That said, with a deluxe arrangement, I did expect a much higher level of freshness and closer attention to the original design that was advertised online. I specifically chose this arrangement because of the stunning deep purple irises and the overall palette of crisp whites, greens, and airy texture that gave it such a lush, modern, garden-inspired feeling.
What arrived leaned much more pink overall, and the substitutions changed the entire feeling and balance of the arrangement quite a bit. I completely understand substitutions happen, especially during major floral holidays, but I also think there are certain flowers that define the identity of an arrangement — and in this case, the irises were absolutely one of those core elements.
Most disappointing was that one of the focal purple blooms was already visibly browning and aging at the center by the following day, which was surprising considering the premium price point and the fact that this was ordered as a deluxe arrangement.
Again, this review is meant more as constructive criticism than anything else. I really do think there is strong talent here, and this is not about the arrangement being unattractive — it wasn’t. It was still visually appealing and thoughtfully arranged. I just think when customers are paying premium pricing, especially for meaningful personal moments, freshness and maintaining the spirit of the original arrangement becomes especially important.”

“I haven't actually seen the bouquet I ordered, but the description of it was dramatic and over-the-top which was more than I was expecting! The recipient made it seem as if it was so large they struggled to get it inside ? I was thinking I was going to get a little old thing so I was extremely pleased to hear otherwise.
The staff inside was extremely friendly and helpful, and even the customers were kind. It was a pleasure stopping in here for impromptu flowers, the delivery time was extremely quick, and I don't think they could have made this experience any easier for me. They even helped me with the wording of the card (to their credit, 'your beautiful baby' does sound better than 'the beautiful baby').”

Well she was ecstatic over the bouquet and even more impressed with the delivery driver that was sincere and caring towards my friend. They were delivered to a medical office and the staff was blown away. I am truly grateful for this wonderful experience. Ordering was so easy online. I promptly received an email receipt and an executed “delivered” email as well. The note was also hand written (which made it more personal) - Very professional. I’ll be using their services again.”
