We ordered a trackless train for an elementary school winter event. We paid the deposit, signed the contract and confirmed the date. 45 mins before the event was about to start I called to make sure he was on his way and the response I got was “yeah he should be”. He called me back a few mins later and told me the person who was delivering the train broke down HOURS AGO, but I was never informed. It was too late to try and rent from a different company at that point. So we had a lot of unhappy students and their families. We will never use this company again.

This man doubled charge me for a mechanical bull . Charges me double the price of what it actually cost to rent .

Rented a dunk tank from Irwin's Parties and put down the deposit. On the day of the event I called and they confirmed that the truck is on its way. After a couple of hours I got a text from the owner that he apologized but the truck broke down and couldn't make the dunk tank delivery. Got my deposit back but for a business that relies on one delivery truck is mind boggling. You left me with disappointed kids who is looking forward to a dunk tank.I end up renting a dunk tank from a different company that I have to drive and pick up my self since it's a same day reservation.

Easy to book, delivery crew was great and right on time, and pickup was a breeze. Equipment worked great, we got a dunk tank, a snowcone machine and some carnival games. The dunk tank was a hit.Would recommend to anyone having a party

Irwin was honest with me and super responsive.I called up and needed a tent, table and chairs on short notice. He had what I needed, he thought but had to double check to be sure. I thought, “here we go”. So many rental folks took days to get back to me. I didn’t have days. I guess when my phone rang 3 minutes later, I felt silly.I had a few follow up questions and I got the same level of service. It cost a touch more than I’d expected, but that me, not them. The older I get I think EVERYTHING costs more than I expected. ;)I’ll add that while he offered me other services, after I said I only needed what I needed he just moved on. He even suggested a way for me to save a few dollars, at a cost to him.All went well on the big day. His crew was planning to break down on Monday, but I was leaving my beach rental later on Sunday. The guy made sure they were cleaned up before I left.I wouldn’t hesitate work with Irwin again.

I've used Irwin multiple times. His customer service is superb! His prices are very competitive! And he's very accommodating! He's a real mentch!I booked him last week and signed contracts. When there was rain in the forecast he contacted me and offered to cancel or reschedule for no additional fee. No other company would do that!!A mentch tracht un Gut lacht!!We rescheduled one item for the next day. I told him I need it set up by 930, he was there at 8 ready for set up!A real pleasure to deal with! Looking forward to future business with Irwin's parties!Thank you!

we had a company party at moes discount furniture and irwins parties was a raving success .He is going to a regular supplier at my business at once a year .His dunk tanks were clean and in good working order.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I am extremely disgusted with Irwin's parties. I ordered a drunk tank, cotton candy machine and popcorn machine for my daughters party. They arrived in a van that was falling apart and the machines that we ordered were NOTHING like they advertised online. On top of that, they were trying to charge me $370 when advertised for $240. My wife kindly explained to Irwin that we were unhappy with the presentation and that we would like to pass on it. Irwin began to get erratic and yell at my wife that this was not "going to be in her living room, so what's the big deal???". I told him to take his items and to leave my home immediately and I expected a refund. Later, I found that he charged my card an ADDITIONAL $100. I called to explain to him that I was disputing the charges with my bank and he told me to screw off and hung up on me. I own my own business and have NEVER spoken to a customer in such a manner, especially if they are dissatisfied. Irwin's parties are unprofessional and as far as I'm concerned are scam artists. I WOULD NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy.

Irwin provided exactly the equipment we ordered in a good time. Little gruff around the edges but everything worked perfectly. I would happily use him again.When the dunk tank shows up is not your typical dunk tank so we were a little surprised but it operates perfectly. at the prices that he offers the services for I would never go anywhere else.

Working with Irwin was a great experience. He was recommended to me by a family member and by far he had the best prices and was the most accommodating and I tried at least three companies. The dunk tank was a hit and everyone had fun, from small kids to the adults! Would work with him again.

We have rented Irwin’s dunk tank a few times. Yes, he arrives in an old beat up truck. It doesnt bother us. He is prompt and respectful and his prices are the same as everyone else’s. My kids (and husband!) love a dunk tank!!

Irwin made our party memorable- he was such a pleasure to deal with ! He delivered our equipment early, assisted setting up the Dunk Tank, and some balloons too. The kids loved the Tank - you have a customer for Life - 5 Stars!!
