“Despite the extensive computer outage on 7/19 and 7/20, the staff efficiently arranged a sign-in system, and in spite of the fact they had so much hand-writing to do, my appointment was only 20 minutes later than scheduled.”
“My son (4yo) had to have lab work completed for genetic testing. Unfortunately our first visit did not have the insurance auth approved yet as the issuing office did not complete one. Advising the staff of the issue , they were very helpful and understanding, Melissa went out of her way to hold onto sending the sample out until i was able to confirm approval. My son ended up having to have blood drawn a few days later for the same test due to the insurance issue, Melissa was very warm and was so good with him. She even gave him a gift for being so brave. I really appreciated their patience and help. Ive seen other reviews that people posted, I can only speak to my experience, and thought the staff did very well, remained professional, and were skilled at performing their jobs.

“Scheduled my appointment for 9:10 am on a Tuesday. Waited about 5-10 minutes before I was called to a room. Another 5 minutes for blood draw. Fast, easy, and quick process!”
“On November 5, 2024, this center in Manasquan was staffed by just one woman who served as phlebotomist, patient in-take coordinator and front desk receptionist. The center was busy, and as she moved from station to station and patient to patient while answering phones in between, she was warm, professional and provided gentle patient care. She deserves to be recognized for providing excellent service with a smile under challenging circumstances. I believe her name is Paula, and I commend her.”
