“Amazing (good and fast) customer experience. I forgot to include a requisition form in a submitted sample and emailed the forgotten form to their info email address. In less than an hour, they confirmed receipt and are matching my emailed form with the package being UPS'd to them in the next day or so. Unlike many other companies, no run-around or dodging that is common with large near monopolies like Delta Airlines, Verizon, etc.”
“EASY & EFFICIENT: Pre registered providing info requested then used my phone to sign in at the Quest location. (less than 1 minute to sign in). Waited 5 minutes for a tech then appointment (blood & urine tests) took 7 minutes. That's to fastest testing appointment I've ever experienced! Amazing!”
“I was soo happy with my visit. First time to this place in red bank nj. I had Shannon the phlebotomist. She was fantastic. I will be coming back for future blood work thanks to shannon!!”

“Very busy lab. Laurie at the front is fabulous and with the patience of a saint. Check in instructions are very clear, yet people still ignore the signs. Walk in's take longer but booking on line is easy. Never have had an issue with the phlebotomists.”
“The location and facilities are reasonably convenient, but I was especially impressed with Arnold, my phlebotomist. He was unhurried, careful and focused, compassionate about accommodating my broken wrist, and personable. I read other past unfavorable reviews about staff but I have only the highest marks for Arnold.”

“The staff is professional, welcoming, and very friendly. There is almost no wait time, and I was shocked to receive my blood results the very next day! This is by far the fastest turnaround I’ve ever experienced for lab work. Highly recommend if you want to get in and out quickly.”

“ALWAYS make an appointment. Go in, use the computer to put your info in, have the script ready, and it is much quicker. You are in and out. If you don't make the appointment, you'll be waiting longer. I go a lot, and the most effective way is appointment!”
“I must compliment this location - they were short staffed but got a backup technician in and kept everyone on schedule - Joseph did my bloodwork and his bedside manner was like no other tech I have ever encountered - he was kind, calm, and really made me feel at ease. I had been fasting and I don’t like needles - the whole team made me feel at ease and I will 100% return!”
“I would recommend this LabCorp office over any others in the area. Kathy, who checked me in at the desk was very personable and efficient. Ann L, the phlebotomist was very gentle and sweet. I never felt a thing! wait time was approximately 10 to 15 minutes once I checked in at the kiosk. Extremely clean environment and pleasant staff overall.”
“I would have given 5 stars but the waiting room doesn’t have enough chairs, the lighting is much too fluorescent for anyone that has light sensitivity and the constant loop of infomercials on the monitor makes the overcrowded waiting room far from pleasant.
But, despite the unpleasantness of the wait. The intake receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) works really hard, and is very helpful throughout the intake process.
And, Angela was phlebotomist that drew my blood sample. I told her I had a phobia of needles so she was incredibly careful and told me what she was doing during the procedure and was thoughtful enough to use a pediatric needle on me. Then she took extra care to ask if I was okay afterwards and allowed me to sit for a minute while my light headedness dissipated. It’s these things combined that made the difference beyond the waiting room.
Once I was behind the screen to have my blood drawn it was very quick and efficient.
Labcorp please take notice of these two great employees. And, please invest in a better waiting room. Get rid of the poor lighting, add more chairs, toss the dusty plastic plants, and put something more relaxing on the monitors. I’m certain your profit margins can handle the small investment to improve the waiting experience.”
