SO unbelievably rude. all i wanted to know was if my prescription was being delivered considering i need it every month, and the man told me they didn’t have it and were not refilling it and as i was trying to explain that my doctor had sent it over he hung up on me. there are always issues with this pharmacy delivering things in a timely manner and now i’m being hung up on over asking a question about why my prescription hasn’t been delivered. not to mention my medicine needs to be refrigerated, and half the time it comes warm and not packaged correctly. i wouldn’t even use this pharmacy if i had any other options.

They are unable to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner and then lie about it. I’ve only been using them since July and it’s been a nightmare to get maintenance medication that I need. They insist they have sent texts through an app system which the customer approves. They do not. They are incompetent and I will never use them again once I get my last prescription from them which I am literally begging them for.

Another business with poor customer service, lack of competent employees. 32 minutes on the line while two different employees tried to figure out a basic Rx refill.

I switched to Oakhurst pharmacy and they are wonderful. Especially the nurse. She is flexible, professional, and has a great personality. Excellent communication skills and patient care. I recommend this pharmacy. Also, the speed of delivery of the medication is great!

Best pharmacy around! They are always very quick with refills, accommodating, and prompt with responses. They even deal with the insurance company directly to handle pre-authorizations and have medicines in stock that nearly all other pharmacies are out of. I highly recommend using this pharmacy.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is so awesome and helpful. If anything goes wrong, they fix it immediately! The girls at the register really make you feel like family there, which is really heartwarming to see and feel now a days. I really do love this pharmacy and their staff. Highly recommend!

This Pharmacist thinks that she is the treating medical doctor. She makes decisions when you can get your medicine after your doctor prescribes it and your insurance pays for it. She acts like she is the supreme leader of medication on her raised platform with the glass closed. She is so lazy she doesn’t even hand count controlled substances. The machine is fine for antibiotics. When she makes a mistake somehow I am at fault. When I make a mistake she makes sure to let me know. What kind of Pharmacy closes at 3pm on Saturdays and is closed on Sunday and refuses to give you your anxiety medication on Saturday? I’ll tell you, a pharmacy owned and operated by a judgmental, lazy, obnoxious, incompetent Pharmacist. You see Oakhurst Pharmacy….keep driving. You’ll be worse service but you won’t be judged and have less of a headache from CVS or Walgreens.

I love coming to this pharmacy because they treat you with respect and dignity. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The nimble app is very convenient for me. I can have it mailed to me or I can choose to pick up. It also offers door dash delivery service to me free of charge when I can’t come and get my prescription. The folks at Oakhurst make me feel welcome every time I visit. I love this pharmacy and I’m not going back to CVS.

Can you say INSURANCE FRAUD?! this pharmacy uses the nimble app, bills your insurance, charges you a copay and then never dispenses the medication claiming it is out of stock but when you start making threats the medication is magically back in stock. USE CAUTION!!!
