“Broadway loan has amazing employees and amazing merchandise to look at! I would like to share a story about the owner, Joe. I was down on my lucks and sadly needed to pawn my precious engagement ring, wedding band, and 10-year anniversary band. I was working a mediocre job at the time and couldn't afford to pay the fees. I got the dreaded letter in the mail from, from Broadway loan stating, " If you can't pay by such and such date, we will sell your jewelry." I was hysterical! I emailed Joe, and he said," Don't be scared, I will help you out, just keep me updated. Fast forward to March of this year, when I got an amazing job making so much more money, I can finally get my precious jewelry out! I called Joe today, and he asked when I could pay, I told him the 24th, and he said no problem. The moral of this story is, is that Joe could have sold my precious rings months ago but didn't. He trusted that I would be back to pay the loans off!! Amazing store, amazing people. Hands down the best pawn shop ever!!! Again Joe, you're a life saver, and I love ya!!!!Meghan”

“I had to sell an ex gift rings — I showed up almost near closing time and the owner or associate (the woman) was so nice , friendly , and courteous . I showed up really late ( I know I was the hated last customer—I was an inconvenience) but she helped me really fast. It was so quick , I kinda shocked how quick it was—anyways the best— everything——-she was amazing , the process( weight, I’d ,picture and done) super fast and easy .. Btw store is really clean and neat , which I appreciate.”
