5 stars for my couch, 1 star for delivery and customer service experience. I love my couch and my experience in the store. But the delivery experience was horrible and so unorganized. We kept getting confirmations and the delivery never came. No follow up calls from the store or delivery company after we informed them of the missed delivery. We had to keep calling multiple days in a row and it took a week before they could even just tell us what happened and when the delivery would come.

Our sales experience was good but we were told by the salesman at the cash register that we could approve or decline the furniture during delivery. We were unsure of how the furniture would look and a little skeptical. This bit of assurance was enough to close the sale. The woman at the register nodded approvingly at this advice. When the furniture was delivered, the delivery people looked at us like we were nuts and told us “ we are just here to deliver. You already bought the furniture”. We reached out to the store and asked for a manager. We were repeatedly told how busy they were in the store. I left a message with the cashier explaining our issue and asked her to pass the message on to management. I also explained our issue to the corporate customer service representative. It’s been over a month and we haven’t heard from anyone.
If you’re buying furniture from this company, do not let them tell you can “see” the furniture in the room, it is a blatant lie, poor salesmanship, and just a ploy to close a sale.
I will not be looking or buying anything in the future from this establishment.

Obsessed with this Fletcher Power Sectional Recliner. I got it from this location and everything from customer service to delivery was exceptional. Richard was my sales associate that helped me with the whole process, but all the staff I’ve interacted with here were nice and helpful as well. Richard answered all my questions and made the whole decision so easy. The delivery was so quick and effortless. 10/10 service from start to finish. Highly recommend this sectional and this location.

Such care and concern show to my partner and I when we went in asking to return mattresses purchased 2 weeks prior. The manager was patient and understood our needs individually . He showed us brands and features addressing both our physical needs.With his help and expertise in explaining the merits of the products, we were able to purchase two nectar mattress twin cl for our split king. Mine was firmer and his was softer.They arrived this morning. Oh how perfectly comfortable!!!! Thank you!!!
