Super great customer service! Our kid LOVES his tie-dyed roll-y backpack. When the handle broke almost a year in (this dude is rough on his things) I searched for a replacement handle to repair it myslef. Since it is a specific shape and size I couldn't find a generic replacement. As a last ditch effort I reached out to JWORLD directly to try and purchase one from them directly because I try to keep things out of the landfill for as long as possible. To my surprise they offered to send me a replacement free of charge! They also sent a set of instructions to walk me trough the repair process.I love companies that keep serviceability in mind with their products. Turns out the backpack has a zipper in the lining and it's only 6 screws to swap out the handle. A child could do it... in fact, this will be a teaching moment for my kid, HE gets to replace it when it arrives! It's the next step after Lego...

We ordered this backpack which my son loves and the handle stopped working after about 8 months. I contacted the company and they are sending me a new backpack. Great customer service. Outstanding company who stand by their warranty.

I purchased a rolling backpack in October, 2023. My kid has been extremely rough on it and it still looks great. We encountered a small warranty issue that was entirely the child's fault and JWorld support was phenomenal. This is a company that backs up their solid products in the best way possible.

Great product and excellent customer service. The product had arrived without the matching lunch bag but customer service sent it to me the following day after I reported the problem. The product quality is great. My son really liked the lightening wheels of his 16" rolling backpack. The only issue about the design is that the side pockets of their backpacks, either 16" or 19", are not deep enough for kids water bottles so they keep falling out.

The rolling backpack has been a life saver for our daughter, relieving the burden of the weight of her school books off of her back. Customer Service was also very supportive and responsive when needed. I would definitely recommend JWorld for the quality of their products and their support.

They have the cutest and best designs and styles for kids backpacks and carrying bags! I recently requested warranty for an underperforming rolling backpack and they quickly replaced the item- the process was hassle free. I am impressed with the products and dedication to service post purchase!!

Excellent customer service! I reached out to the company because one of the rubber feet on my child's bag broke off. That bag had been put through the ringer for almost 2 years, so I wasn't looking for a warranty replacement, I just wanted to know if it was possible to fix the foot. Customer care was very responsive, answered all my questions, and even offered me a discount code to use to purchase a replacement bag. The bag was delivered the very next day. I'd definitely recommend J World.

It was super easy to get my daughter's rolling backpack replacement. Luckily it was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. My daughter loves her backpack so I'm glad we could get it replacement.

I bought a rolling backpack for my grandson. But he carelessly dragged the adjustable strap to tear within a month. I emailed JWorld about a replacement adjustable strap and they responded immediately. I received a pair of replacement adjustable straps. GREAT SUPPORT!! And my grandson is happy rolling his backpack with school books and supplies.
