Andrew truly showed so much kindness and patience. I went in to cancel my mother’s service because she had passed away. But still needed to have internet service until I figure things out. After listening to my concerns, he resolved not only my original concern but also took care of transferring my mother’s phone number so that I was able to keep her phone line open. Andrew showed so much compassion by finding solutions that took off 2 heavy burdens off my shoulders. Thank you Andrew for helping me through this confusion and explaining all the steps clearly for me a few times.

Switch to brightspeed, planet, anyone is better. Multiple calls for service that were never answered, horrible speed and connection. Overpriced. Kept me in the phone call for 30+ minutes (for likely no reason) offering me xyz to stay even though I explained I already have a new service provider.

I have had the misfortune to live in two areas that are only supported by optimum. If you ever need a service call set up the follow up before the original shows, the technicians chosen NEVER show up prepared.
If I had any other option for Internet I would choose another company everytime.
3+ years as an unfortunate customer I have never been helped the first time around. If you have 3 hours to waste give an optimum technician a call.

I hate this company and can't wait to switch all my services. They only will talk about "other discounts" when you're canceling your service. Spent 20 minutes on the phone in the lobby of their building trying to cancel my tv service. After 3 times on hold, repeated lower cost offers, etc., I finally had to start cursing and screaming at the rep to actual do what I was asking, cancel the service. I'm onlybleft with Internet and will now be switching that due to the lack of professionalism of this company and the service reps.

The Reason for MY Visit was to return old Equipment. That went 1 2 3 from such a well informed Fellow Who also ended up helping Me switch over My Cell to Optimum from Consumer Cellular which I was Fed Up with.I "Believe " His Name was Andrew (???) If wasn't an easy task for Him due to the Rudeness and Unprofessional attitude of Consumers. Thank You My Friend!!
