You are a great company, I’m glad to work for you but you have to make changes with this contracting company that force the technician to do type of jobs that is not safety, and they are not paying what the technicians deserve because us are the face of the company and make the customer satisfaction but this type of rates that the contracting company are paying install $65 SRO $70 troubleshooting $30 SRO 58 $25 CHange of service $65 and change of service adding $14 you think , that’s what the tech deserve? We have to work no matter in what situations or weather, and that’s why must of the techs don’t want to do certains jobs because of the pricing rates that this contracting companies has , but you are the only one that can make this changes for us , you deserve 5 stars but when everything changes and you will see the benefits and improvements from the techs , you as a main company need to make a survey just for the tech saying are you disagreeing with the compracting rate and im pretty sure that everyone will be , thank you for being kind godbless this company

I had a really tough time trying to cancel my TV service with this company. It took me over 45 minutes on the phone last night, just trying to cancel the TV while keeping my internet. I spoke to Nicolas, who initially assured me it'd be no problem. However, after getting some basic info, he put me on hold and then refused to cancel the TV service. Instead, he kept pushing another deal I had zero interest in. Despite repeatedly asking for a supervisor, I was met with stall tactics. He even tried to offer savings on my cell bill, after explaining multiple times i work for one of the three wireless providers and already pay next to nothing through my workplace. It was incredibly frustrating as he continued to push promotions that didn't align with what I needed. If this is the hassle for canceling their house service, I shudder to think about their wireless service plans.After enduring over 20 minutes on hold, I reached out via Twitter (X) and spoke to Don. He was apologetic but could only confirm the TV service was canceled after I'd already ended the voice call. Despite being a customer for over 20 years, I'm eagerly awaiting T-Mobile's arrival in a few weeks so I can switch. I strongly advise against using this company if there's an alternative. Verizon or T-Mobile wireless would be better options if available to you. STAY AWAY AND GO TO EITHER ANOTHER CABLE PROVIDER OR TRY VERIZON OR T-MOBILE SERVICE. THIS COMPANY TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE A JOKE

I had a technician come into my house. For hours. Fix nothing. He said he was leaving to get another box, took my box and never came back. Cablvision is not helping me. I called the police.

I had a very bad experience with this store. The persons standing in the front desk behaved very rudely with me. There were 3 persons standing there and no one were wearing any badges so could not get their names. I have been using Optimum for more than a decade and we have a optimum mobile connection that my wife uses. She is not getting good network for sometime. We called the customer service and they advised us to go to the store an upgrade the device. They offered us a free iphone SE upgrade as a promotion. When we inquired about it in the store, they laughed at me and said they don't give any free phone. They did not want to check my account to see if any promotion is applied. They said, they don't have the time to check my account. When I wanted to talk to the supervisor, they did not let me as well. I would not recommend this store and Optimum to anyone.

They try selling you a lot of stuff to drive up their ridiculously high monthly rates. I have basic service & paying about $200 per month. I spent an hour with a computer that tried to diagnose my problem before it would connect me to a human being in qualalampur. After another half hour they agreed I had to go to the office for a new box. I knew that to begin with. Third rate service for first rate prices. It's time to cut the cord.

Very expensive and the cable doesn’t connect to my sony tv! Not sure if it is optimum problem or Sony but cancelled service. Streaming works fine.

The people at this office are VERY VERY rude. They never have change when you pay in cash and will tell you to either go find change or over pay them sounds like the mafua. They are tooooo expensive . There are so many other internet carries out there.Don't waste your money with Optimum. They charge me oner 100.00 for just internet I recorded my phone and in person interaction with the customer number and in person and will share to ALL social media platforms about how this company doesnt care about it customers. Do yourself a FAVOR GET A FIRE STICK OR A REGULAR ANTENNA THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT. IN FACT DISH IS. HAVING A SPECIAL TAKES YOUR BUSINESS THERE. THEY CONTINUE TO EMPLOYEE PEOPLE THAT TREAT YOU LOUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

You should have called back in the immediate 24 hour window you told me you would. Your service technician and customer representatives double charging me is absurd and I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. In addition, the second another service provider becomes available I am switching. Your service i get is not what I pay for, and you have the audacity to charge me when your technicians refused to install the router where it should’ve been to begin with. Optimum is a bunch of scam artists. Always have been and always will be.

Nice workers but terrible cable service and antiquated procedures. Just got liberated by returning my equipment and cancelling my service after 38 years. Can’t tell you how happy I am to finally enjoy quality service from Verizon!!!

Well, even though I like Optimum, I am starting to lose my patience, and my opinion is starting to change of the company! 4 appointments and 4 visits from the technicians and still no upgrade to my service. This is well beyond the point of embarrassment and gross incompetence on the part of Optimum!
