“We recently moved to the area and found Home Towne Pet Shoppe when we were looking for a family-run pet store. We went in to the store and absolutely loved it! They have so much good stuff and even smaller brands that are tough to find in other bigger stores or even online. The lady behind the front desk was so welcoming and did not push or approach our dog when we told her she gets very nervous around strangers. They let us use the scale in the back and even gave us a pup cup with yummy toppings to give our dog!
We just ordered our dog's food from them and used their delivery service and got it in less than 24 hours. The man who delivered it was very nice and even gave us a free sample of beef liver treats! We're excited we signed up for subscribe and save with them so we can keep supporting their business!”

He is always engaging, lighthearted with jokes and last evening, he went above and beyond with his level of service to help us with a firepit we were purchasing. And we needed to take care of her two cats. We are allergic. So we could not take them ourselves. West Milford animal shelter stepped in and helped us. They are amazing. “Had to wait a little to be helped but in the end was treated well and helped with our purchase. Friend of mine let his sisters parakeet go by mistake. We were trying to find an exact replica bird same color and size. We found one at this Petco and brought it home while sister was at school. Girl came home and we made a big deal how the bird came "back". The girl didn't buy it and realized the bird was a fake right away due to the wings being cut. Whole new flood of tears mom was so angry. Whatever you can only try”
“Barbara the groomer is so awesome with my puppy Mousse. When we bring Mousse to Petsmart and he sees Barbara he gets very excited. Barbara is such a sweetie with our little Mousse. She always does an amazing job with cutting his hair and baths. Mousse comes back smelling sooooo good and looks super cute with how she styles his hair. Barbara is the BEST!”

“Patch is a terrific shelter. The staff is so caring and loving, and it's obvious that the animals are happy, clean and well cared for. The staff also provides play time and beneficial social interaction with people and the other cats. This shelter is spotless and the atmosphere is quite positive. “I live in Fair Lawn, NJ, never San Francisco. Jennifer consistently makes my dogs clean and fresh. She gives haircuts that. She makes the dogs look consistently great. She has a gentle touch., and does her best not to cut the hair too short, even when I have not combed them enough between visits. I can only say positive things about her techniques and also, Jennifer's kind and friendly manner. My doggies love her!”

“I love Corrados, been going there for years. Top quality products, a HUGE selection of charcuterie and cheeses, gigantic spice collection including some dedicated to Spanish and Indian cuisine. Coffee beans from 10 parts of the world (and you can grind them on site). Meats include the usual beef, chicken, and pork, but also rabbit, lamb, and occasionally other kinds. If you're looking for kielbasa, they got it here, and not those tiny little rings from other supermarkets. Vegetable selection is also huge. Top notch delicatessen and small butcher shop for home made sausages and specialty meat cuts. Rarely do you wait long in a line, and no self checkouts.”

“I went there and got my sister her ******. The sales were amazing wish I could have left with all the pups. I got beauty a rain jacket snow boots and winter clothes. They had Halloween outfits and stairs for her to get on the bed and couch. The young lady that helped me was sooooooo sweet and knew everything that beauty would need. “If I could rate this store more than 5 stars I really would! I came across this place as they were advertising Santa pictures (for free might I add) and they came out so cute! Immediately after entering the store I was greeted by Erin, Brenda and Kim who were the friendliest, kindest, most helpful working employees I have ever met. I really need to highlight Erin and Brenda for a moment to give you an accurate understanding of why I am so appreciative of them! My senior pug does not do well with walking on the floor so I went to go pick him up and as I picked him up he started to pee in the air like a newborn baby totally going in the direction of her about to completely drench her and thank god missed. I was soooo embarrassed and Erin and Brenda could not have made me feel more comfortable and laughed it off with me! As if that was not enough, my dog proceeded to pee down the whole aisle as I was reading ingredients in treats!!! Again, Erin and Brenda to the rescue totally laughing it off and cleaning it up with no ounce of aggravation or irritation. Brenda held my Rosie on the leash while I paid at the register and Erin helped bring all my stuff to the car! I am so overly impressed with their customer service and knowledge of their products. Erin was able to recommend a powder to add to my dogs diet for senior nourishment. I'm very pleased with this establishment and truly hope they continue to thrive and cannot wait to return soon!”
