Great work with invisible wiring on home theater systems! This is one of the few installers around that will take the time and run wires properly. I saw an earlier review on here that said they were frustrated with availability of booking, but that is to be expected. They are a small premium company that is in high demand. Despite the one negative Yelp review I decided to follow the google reviews and went ahead and got them to install my home theater and camera system. I can not find a single wire. They didn't leave a single trace of dust. It was like we bought the house with everything pre-installed. To anyone with second thoughts about this company I would like to tell you that they are worth the wait. Thanks you to Mark and Frank for making us feel safe through the whole experience.

Did temporary fix which cost me significantly and only lasted a short time. Now have to do more costly fix and will not credit partial what I already paid. Besides that I made an appointment for 9 am today and at 11:30 no show and they cannot tell me when they can come. This is unacceptable

This company was listed as a dealer for door king gate security systems. I called to schedule an appointment waited two weeks for the appointment my husband took off of work waited all day called and asked what time they were coming and the lady on the phone told me that they're too busy for us they're not coming and they're not rescheduling me a new service appointment. I've never heard of anything like this in my life ! we own two businesses and customer service is our number one priority it's disgusting the way they treated me she hung up the phone on me and gave me attitude because I wanted a service appointment. Isn't that what you do? isn't that how you make money? I am apalled by the way I was treated. I hope you go out of business!
