Changed today after years of shopping. The two clowns working/not working the Deli on 4th of July 2024 between 2 and 330 pm ignored online order. Met us in person after half hour late for online order then when knew we were waiting after 20 minutes standing In front of counter and shopping the word is still didn't get to it. They had no customers the deli wad empty. The two guys behind the counter were too busy joking around to help customers.
Everybody in the store was working hard except these two people.
I complained to check out person and two front managers.
I still love the store but will go to market basket for deli because this isn't the first time and often the stuff on display is out of date.
Shoprite Deli of Oakland is a waste of time the rest of the store is good

Mike outside in the shop from home in the pick up area is OUTSTANDING !! He is professional, explained everything thoroughly and extremely pleasant. He made my Sunday!! Mike was 5 stars!!!

Not responsible for issues in parking lot. I was there on May 31st around 1pm, I was almost hit by a driver pulling out of a parking space. The driver started to yell and curse at me telling me to pay attention that he had the right of way. I yelled back at him telling him he had to pay attention to cars and people around him and he had to grill to me. This got heated and a bunch of profanities were exchanged. I went into ShopRite did my shopping and when I can out to my car there was spit all over my window and the side of my car was keyed. I went back to talk to the manager in ShopRite to see if they have security footage. The manager told me there is no cameras outside and that they are NOT responsible for anything that happened in their parking lot, basically they told me to bad and deal with it.

Difficult floor layout, prices a bit higher, employees are not good at helping New Shoppers find their way around the store. NO Cameras in the parking lot????? Should be installed for Security purposes!

Well stocked store. The unusual floorplan makes shopping a bit challenging.
LOTS of potholes in the upper parking lot. :(
As a data analyst, a better solution would be for whomever is paid to review reviewer comments, copy and paste my review into your own database. Please don't assign me work for ShopRite.

DO NOT ORDER SHOP FROM HOME AT THIS STORE. this is the third time I have done it and each time it take over 25 min waiting outside form them to bring a few bags of food out. I thought it would be a one off but this is literally the third time. I am in line 25 min at this point and still have three cars ahead of me. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY.

Very surprised that the cashier would allow somebody with more than 25 items to use the express lane. I had three items and that is what the express lane is for.. the real problem in the world today is the cashier was too afraid to say anything to this woman shame on you ShopRite for allowing

The worst ShopRite in the area! Do not waste your time here the layout is confusing and the employees are not any help, they have attitudes and do not want to help you! Part of the problem is they are not owned by inserra go to Ramsey or West Milford ShopRite

It's okay. The produce was simple, packaged items were varied and numerous. The layout of the store is whacky and inconvenient. Employees look like they need better pay. Would come again because there's a better chance I won't starve compared to shopping at Acme or Stop & Shop with their bougie prices.

The place is falling apart they put things on sale and oh we are sold out for the day why have a sale if you don't have enough to sell ridiculous on the website they have stuff you go there they don't , go to courtesy it says we have 14 bottles on isle 4 nope again the place is falling apart
