“This place was fantastic! I blew a tire on my travel trailer on the Thruway And I was towed to Mahwah To a tire place that was supposed to have what I needed. When we got there, they didn’t and I called at least a dozen local tire places with zero success. I called this place and the guy was so helpful although he did not have the exact tire I needed. He was able to sell me another one that was very similar. I ended up buying two which meant I needed to drive back to my trailer. Install the one tire bring the trailer back to him to install the second tire. The place stayed open an hour later for a complete stranger and saved my family vacation!!!! Had it not been for them my travel Trailer would have been sitting in the middle of a grocery store parking lot certainly overnight. My food would have spoiled and we never would have been able to get back on the road the same evening. Good people still exist! Luckily I live pretty local and will be using them from here on out!”

“The shop is run by Serge — hands down one of the most technically gifted mechanics I’ve met.
I first met him back in the early Audi tuning days, when he was one of the first guys to both turbocharge and supercharge a B6/B7 A4. This was before off-the-shelf everything. Back then, he was building cars properly — custom hardware, custom calibration, tuning on Maestro when the Audi scene still required actual understanding of ME7 logic, load modeling, fueling strategies, and knock control instead of flashing files and hoping for the best.
From there it escalated quickly.
Tesla drivetrain swaps into Audi chassis (including an S5) — full custom wiring, CAN integration, and making it all communicate cleanly with Audi MMI, cluster logic, and factory controls. That alone weeds out 99% of shops.
On the ICE side, he’s built performance engines from the block up, handled motor swaps, full rebuilds, and bespoke turbo systems, and fabricated his own solutions when parts didn’t exist. His TIG welding work on custom turbo manifolds and exhaust setups is the kind of stuff you normally only see in high-end motorsport or boutique race shops.
What really separates Serge, though, is diagnostics.
He has an almost unfair ability to trace electrical faults, drivability issues, and intermittent problems that other shops miss entirely. If ten mechanics couldn’t find it, he usually does — methodically, logically, without guessing. It’s not magic; it’s deep systems-level understanding.
I’ve trusted him with six Audis over more than 12 years — everything from routine maintenance to engine swaps, rebuilds, suspension work, and custom performance setups. Every job was done clean, properly torqued, correctly routed, no shortcuts, no “that’s good enough” mentality.

“These guys are awesome and have earned my trust. They have a ton of great reviews on Google for a reason. My VW was having issues with the heater in the middle of the winter after just moving across the country. They didn't charge me a fee for inspecting it which was really nice. They said they would only charge a fee for diagnosing the problem if it required a lot of labor like pulling the dash out which was totally fair. They gave me a lot of information that really helped me weigh out my options. They told me I still had full coolant levels so the first thing they would do to try to fix the heat in my car is to flush the coolant, flush the heater core. They quoted me $630 total for the job which I thought was fair. He warned me that may or may not fix the problem and if it doesn't then it's very likely I will need a new heater core. The tech emphasized I should really consider if I want to start dumping money into my car as there are other issues that are costly and it may make more sense to eventually just get a new car rather than pouring money into trying to get all these issues fixed. The other issues I had included an intermittent flashing power steering light which the tech told me is an indication my electric power steering rack is going bad and may need to be totally replaced which would cost more than my car is worth. It would not make financial sense to replace it. Additionally, I have a check engine light on (emission related) and would not be able to register my car. These guys have been really been transparent with me and didnt try to take advantage. They provided me with a lot of information and advice to help me make informed decisions. Ultimately I took the techs advice and chose not to invest in repairs and have decided to eventually replace my car. When the time comes of needing a service or any kind of repairs - this is the only shop I will be bringing my car to. They've earned our trust and business! Also I don't know if they had anything to do with this or not, but I swear since leaving their shop my heat has actually been working better!! I managed to get through my first winter in jersey Now time to look for a new car. Thank you gentlemen - I really appreciate you guys for all your time, advice, and help!”
