I was trying to explain my situation with the phone and my communication with Verizon support... i believe it was the owner interrupted me couldn't get a word in . Asked him to look at my phone said you need a new phone. .mind you ive been on the phone with support on and off for three weeks. Nothing works nobody calls back. Entitled and arrogant !!!

Stopped in to ask about current Verizon trade in terms. Actual offer on iphone7+ was better than I expected. Backed up my phones at home and brought them back. Dropped off old phones for transfer. Walked out with new iPhone 12 & kept my plan. Great service and prompt turnaround. Highly recommend. Update 6/25 Verizon had a promotion. Karim assisted with the conversion. Just took a few hours to convert our new phones... Much simpler process than going to the corporate store. Highly recommend.

I hear and appreciate the other reviews. however, I faile to see the value of having a physical store when every single time I walk in, the only person in there is on the phone with a customer providing extended length technical service. I can’t stand there for 20 minutes waiting for help every single time I walk through the front door. Verizon has call in Customer Service, why are we using the one person in the store to spend 20 minutes on the phone with a customer when you have people standing there in person?

I have been going to the store for over 25 years. Customer service is exceptional. The entire staff always goes out of their way. They have always been generous with their time and their expertise and are extremely knowledgeable in getting you in the proper plan. They have literally saved my business thousands of dollars over the years by consistently, ensuring that I am in the correct plan for my business needs. They will always take the time to investigate and correct billing issues that may arise from time to time and intervene directly with Verizon saving me time.
They have truly built a long-term relationship that is rare to find. I value the relationship immensely and would never go elsewhere.
I highly recommend!

Remember back in the day when you would go into a store and the employee would acknowledge you, listen to your needs, and be super friendly? Canyon at the Oakland Verizon store was just this and more! He impressed us immensely with how helpful, patient, and sweet he was. We will definitely be going back there for all of our phone needs - at least as long as Canyon is there!!

I've been doing business with this Verizon store for several years. The owners - Sarwinder and his brother Harry - and their staff - are honest, no pressure, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with - and go out of their way to help you with your technical issues. I travel from far away because this store is terrific. Highly recommended!
