This company is garbage. They're delivery guys messed up the gutters in my mother's home. We have been waiting to get the money for that. It has been at least a month. The rain is draining into her garage at this point. We literally can't get a hold of anyone. This lady named Allison hasn't been returning calls or emails. Highly unprofessional

I have been with Xogistix for 11 years now, delivering/ installing Sleep Number bed. To me the management and contractor relationship is like family. Just like any other company, there are challenges but the way and manner the mangers handle them speaks volume. One thing I want to say is if you are a lazy person, Xogistix is not a place for you. They believe in honesty and hardwork.

This company is Horrible. I am an independent contractor working for this company and the professionalism sucks. Its starts off ok and they promise you all of these things that they never deliver on. My company Works out of Mobile, Alabama and the whole team that is responsible for management has no Profesionalism and does not care about the independent contractor.My company is owed a total of $6,225 for work that has already been completed and no one has paid us. When we asked about what the issue is, everyone keeps naming another person that doesn't want to give us as answer. We've sent all of the invoices on time and have always done everything this company asked and as soon as we mentioned wanting to not work for the company anymore, they stopped paying is for work that was already done. We even sent a letter of resignation and agreed to work out the full term contract so that we can exit on good terms.The management team stopped putting us on the schedule even though we said we would work out the contract and they stopped responding to calls and emails when they owe us $6,225. I knew i should have listed to the reviews and not worked with this company. They basically got free labor out of us and don't even want to answer the phone.This company will breech uiur contact over and over and then will blame you and steal your money. Please stay away from this company at all cost. It is not worth any of the money. By the way, the money isn't even good enough to sustain unless you have about 5 trucks running wich means you'll have to pay 10 people.

I worked with this company briefly as an independent owner operator had a misunderstanding in regard to their pay roll setup. Never got paid for the two weeks that i work their, there for it get's 2 negative stars from me for poor management service.

**UPDATE and Conclusion**After months of issues and conversations, Xogistix investigated and the accounting company was at fault and not willing to play ball. Xogistix has officially taken care of my situation, they remained pleasant throughout the ordeal, and all is well.*Original Post*Xogistix was responsible for a shipping company that drove across my yard, left massive ruts, and ruined part of my sprinkler system. At first, the claim was fine but when I called back to get the ball rolling radio silence. I've emailed, called, and left voicemails with multiple people and received no response. Angry is a nice way of putting my feelings toward this "company".

Like the other reviews here, these guys are thieves.Spoke with Holly Newman - Claims Manager - I have a written agreement for them to pay for the damages they did to my home.Was promised a check within 2 weeks, we are now approaching 90 days. Nothing!I will not go away, I will see them in court.Thieves!PS - After the response from Xogistix, I thought to share the agreement, which clearly shows we are past 6 weeks.Why should a check take six weeks to cut and send anyway?If I get the check as promised, I'm happy to amend or remove the review altogether. Otherwise I'll do what needs to be done.Update:The check did arrive.I was under the impression this was an independent delivery company. But the check was cut by Sleep By Number. Which is the mattress they were delivering from.Sleep By Number makes a wonderful product, however you better hope you need no follow up support. Because you will be given a run around like you've probably not ever experienced.What's surprising is the company is a publicly traded company, but behaves as a mom and pop where it comes to customer service.Bottom line, I got paid and now I need to take the time to deal with the damage done.Putting a customer through three months of wait time and repeated follow ups and run a round's has me recompensing another brand. At least until they get their customer support corrected.

I've gotten lied to multiple times by this excuse for a company. Court is time consuming and they take advantage of that.Update: As you can see from their response, which I have attatched, they were not able to even do the slightest bit of research to get my business' name correct; follow the proof in the reviews, they blame shift and are devious. Why delete the response, its weird that I've never had a problem with customers yet they felt the need to try and attack the character of my business.

Never Contract for Xogistix! They don't pay. They make you wait 30 days to get paid, Then my guys did all this hard work for Sleep Number contract and they made of fake claims not to pay us. I paid for gas and had to pay my driver a helper for a month. They don't know how to run the company, no one is there at the warehouse in Maryland. Managers are in NJ trying to run a business 3 hours away. They don't communicate at all. I will be taking them to court for my money..

owner operator stay away from this company i worked here from september to november they are supposed to hold you last check for 90 days so they were supposed to pay me the first week of february today is may 24 & they still have not pay me .... STAY away
