I've given this company $10k plus in the last 6 years. Literally just dropped $1700 on a new Mesa. First time I've ever had to return something (a $200 combo Amp) that I just got and the CSR I spoke with was rude & unprofessional. I was unaware that they would not provide a return label (it's 2024. Hello?). She couldn't have been more condescending because I simply asked for a return label . I do not live anywhere near a UPS or FedEx location . Sending it back through the post office would have cost half the value of the item that I ordered . I work in CS, this girl would have been fired on the spot. Last time ordering from Zzounds. Unbelievably rude for no reason at all. I even offered to pay for the label.

Top notch business to deal with. My first purchase was in 2017 and have been buying my DJ gear from them ever since. Main perk I love is quality music equipment can be an expensive investment, and they truly offer interest free payment plans. It's nice to have some of the best gear while paying over time. There was one instance I had to return an item, but even that was a super quick turnaround. zZounds is amazing!

I’m a DJ in Columbus Ohio and I have bought a lot of my equipment from Zzounds I absolutely love this company the website is easy to use the products are priced good and the customer service is amazing. They carry Ev, mackie Chauvet, about anything you need highly recommend

They delete product reviews that are negative On their website. They claim free financing but make you pay an "application fee" and then to top it off they use FedEx to ship their products. Horrible! Why use the most dishonest unreliable shipper in the US?

This company does a great job... good inventory, great service, outstanding payment plans should you find yourself in a bind that can definately help. Overall, they deserve all the awards they have been winning. Thats why Im updating this review to refect the years of hard work they put in to makle the experience of purchasing musical equipment a joy for the customer.

Excellent internet ordering experience. Guitar case ordered was marked as a Blemished item and therefore discounted. Item was very fairly priced, shipped quickly, packaged very well and arrived in 3 days. Upon inspection of the case, it is in perfect condition. Not a mark on it that I could find. A perfect, snug fit for my Epiphone Masterbilt Excellente, exactly as stated on the zZounds website. Very pleased with the communication, fast shipping, great packaging, great value and excellent product received.

This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with. Their customer service is complete trash. I ordered a drum kit and they sent me the drum kit with no bass drum and an extra rack. I had to send it back and they tried to make me buy another one without giving me a refund. Now I can’t order anything from them because they screwed up that shipment. They have blocked my phone number and will not answer the dang phone. Go do business with another company and let this trash company fall to the ground. If there was an option for anything less than a one star you best believe that’s what I would pick.

May be good for some. I used them twice. Paid off old account early, to order a device on payment, and pay off early again. The whole cost was debited, so I paid for the return because I was texted that it takes 24 hours to receive a lable. I had to leave, and couldn't stay home to print waiting. They caused error in my bookkeeping. Was emailed that it may take longer now, and I sent it directly back where it was shipped from. I am done with them, and will purchase later from Sweetwater. I was trying to get a few items now that I need.I will not go through this again. Not worth the aggravation
