This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with. Their customer service is complete trash. I ordered a drum kit and they sent me the drum kit with no bass drum and an extra rack. I had to send it back and they tried to make me buy another one without giving me a refund. Now I can’t order anything from them because they screwed up that shipment. They have blocked my phone number and will not answer the dang phone. Go do business with another company and let this trash company fall to the ground. If there was an option for anything less than a one star you best believe that’s what I would pick.

May be good for some. I used them twice. Paid off old account early, to order a device on payment, and pay off early again. The whole cost was debited, so I paid for the return because I was texted that it takes 24 hours to receive a lable. I had to leave, and couldn't stay home to print waiting. They caused error in my bookkeeping. Was emailed that it may take longer now, and I sent it directly back where it was shipped from. I am done with them, and will purchase later from Sweetwater. I was trying to get a few items now that I need.I will not go through this again. Not worth the aggravation

Purchased tons of items from Zzounds several years ago when I was a DJ and was always impressed with the stellar service. Recently got into playing guitar and decided to give Zzounds a go again for purchasing my guitars and other equipment. I'm really impressed with the outstanding speed of free shipping, the amount of inventory, fair prices, and wonderful customer service. Furthermore, the payment options are great. I never had a complaint 10 years ago when I purchased from Zzounds and I sure don't have any complaints now either. Thanks a bunch, rock on !!!

I encountered a few issues initially, but I must commend the customer service team for reaching out and resolving them promptly. If you're on a tight budget but in need of equipment, this company is a good option. However, it's important to note that even a single incorrect character in your billing information can cause your order to be declined. As long as you ensure accurate details, I have no complaints. Overall, I appreciate their affordability and am satisfied with their service. ?

I've been a religious customer of Zzounds for over a year now. One of the first things that caught my eye were their listed "guaranteed by" dates on almost all of the items on their website. It's listed across many different webpages. It's clearly an advertisement opportunity, and one that I typically appreciate. That's important to me, as I may need an item before an upcoming show or booked studio time. Now, fast forward a bit and I currently have a $600+ package that's overdue with an invalid tracking number provided by Zzounds. They won't refund me until I send the untrackable package back. FedEx can't help me without a valid tracking number. I wish I could say this was all uncommon, but it's become an expectation. Blame is usually cast toward FedEx, however, the invalid tracking number is from Zzounds, not FedEx. I can't afford to buy everything twice because Zzounds fails to follow through with their own set expectations. I also cannot deceive myself with their false standards. My business will go ANYWHERE else.

I can't relate to what the other comments issues are but zzounds has been great to me, great customer service, never had an issue returning something or exchanging it, the payment plans are some of the best around. I always recommend zzounds to anyone looking for new gear. Look forward to getting more gear in 2023

I had some issues initially but customer service reached out to help me. This is a good company if you're tight on cash but need equipment. Keep in mind if any of your billing information is off by even one character your order will not go through. Otherwise I have no complaints ?

Pay as you play sounds great until your equipment spends half the time in the repair shop while you are paying it off. Really unfortunate they couldn’t have given me a new unit after spending hours for travel to get repairs now multiple times. They have comped one month payment for me so far which I guess is a relief but I’ve still spent less time with my dj mixer than with it.

zZounds is the most dependable music related store i can count on. I have a full recording studio all of which has been ordering through zZounds. I am a inspiring musician and recording artist and utilizing zZounds has given me the opportunity to explore it all. I absolutely would recommend and have recommended zZounds for anything relating to music instruments to recording or preforming live. I have been using zZounds for at least the last 5 years and have never had any issues with the products. Thanks!

Compared to rest they are the best! I didn't have a problem with them at all. I didn't like them accessing my account to see if the money is in there when the product is out of stock but everyone does that! It delays the use of my money ??! I've read the reviews of other companies and they are a lot worse. These people are easy to talk to and they're not rude. I am! I wouldn't talk to me!!! ?? This is the go to company!
