Absolutely ridiculous. No one comes to the drive through window and no one answers the phone. Whenever I finally am able to pick up this prescription, it will be my last one here.

The two women at the counter are so rude. One was on the phone and had us wait for 5 mins and still didn’t get off. She put her finger up for us to wait and didn’t say anything to us like “one second” or “I’ll be right with you” The other woman came over and was so dismissive and didn’t want to answer any questions. So much aggression for no reason!

I've grown up in town, went to this Rite aid since it opened - not sure what has happened but the staff is horrible -rude , condescending, sale items never ring up correctly and when you bring it to the attention of the staff they argue with me-- instead of apologizing they tried to tell me it was maybe buy one get the 2nd at discounted price. I literally took the tag off the shelf to show them. Instead of trying to calm down any problems the attitude I got was totally unexpectable. I am not used to being treated with such disregard. Today my son went in for vaccines- after waiting 20 minutes he was told he needed to go online to set the appointment - he went to his car- set the appointment (was in less than 10 minutes) - then he was told they are having trouble with our insurance (not sure why it's blue cross and blue shield) - after this I am done- I've transferred all our information to Walgreens. It's a shame I have been coming here since this was built- in fact I even worked here during the 80's

Good luck getting anyone on the phone, if you do you will be on hold and ignored.. repeatedly! Service is slow at the drive thru and in store. I will be moving my prescriptions and my business elsewhere.

Due to an insurance mix-up with a renewal prescription of a controlled substance gel for my disabled relative I was attempting to make payment arrangements prior to his picking up product from drive up window. The female pharmacist was less than happy to hear from me which was evident from her sighing and snippy manner to me on the phone. Yes there had been several phone calls this morning regarding this issue, none of them involved any fault on the part of Rite Aid but since I handle all of my relative's meds I had to step in and attempt to straighten this situation out until it was resolved and that took several phone calls. I am aware that they were busy and I'm sorry that they had to deal with this problem but it's not necessary to be short or rude to the customer. And this woman was definitely rude to me and I was just trying to make the credit card payments in advance to make it easier when they were picked up. I worked in Customer Service most of my life and would never, ever have been rude or less than polite to a customer. Perhaps that should be reinforced with this particular female pharmacist. She never ended up taking any of the information stating we were to pay at the window. Actually, everyone else I dealt with at Rite Aid were more than accommodating.

Made an appointment for a drive thru Covid test and was told we have to wait for 15 minutes. Kinda unacceptable for a drive thru test that we had to schedule appointments for. What's the point of appointment's for vaccines and tests if you can't even honor the appointment time?

I wish i could give the register associates the 5 stars they deserve but this rating is for the Pharmacy department. Over the past 3 months, i have had 4 issues with receiving perscriptions. 3 of the times i was given the wrong medicine and the other time my perscrition was sent to another location with out my knowledge. Today was the the 4th mess up and let me tell you, im livid. I specifically asked the pharmacist to note that i need the name brand of my medicine the first time there was a mistake, because the off brand does not work half as well. She said she did but then i got the wrong meds again when i returned for my refill. I reminded her and she said it was noted but then when i went today...WRONG MEDS! At first, i was helped by the assistant who seemed confused. I asked why i didnt get the name brand she said because they didnt have it. Okay, understandable but when i asked why they didnt send it to another store, they said they didnt have my permission for that. When i brought up how they did it before without my permission and asked what the difference was between now and then, the girl got quiet and grabbed the actual pharmacist. The pharmacist had the nerve to answer the phone woth a giggle and said sorry we messed up AGAIN. Why were you laughing about it!? This is not a joke, this is peoples health your messing with. And the fact that you showed no remorse or care that you messed up is sickening. Lucky for me, i wont die a day or two without it but what if that wasnt the case? I get theres a lot going on in todays world but peoples medicine is something you take your time with and dont mess up. Because it could potentially be someones life. Safe to say i wont be using this Pharmacy anymore.

Never heard of any retailer in my life not honoring their online prices. I can order a item online and pick it up in store the same day for alot cheaper but in store if you walk in to buy it they are price gouging? No wonder why rite aid is a dying company

When I arrived for my COVID test appointment, they told me that sorry, actually we can’t do a test because somewhere along the way being in a car became a requirement to get a critical test done. It’s absolutely insane that this is a requirement to detect a disease that’s killed millions worldwide.

Unfortunately I have had several issues with this specific Rite Aid. The pharmacists are extremely unprofessional. I have had prescriptions forgotten about, they have refused to contact my prescribing doctor to get an expired script refilled, I have had the wrong medication’s given to me on occasion, thy never give reminders for medication refills, they put you on excessive holds over the phone and constantly send the call back to the front of the store. They have also on multiple occasions hung up on me. It’s a shame because the location is so convenient.

Received my second Pfizer vaccination. Everyone was very nice and the guy who gave me the shot answered my many questions honestly so I knew what to expect. I appreciated that.
