I’ve been going to this nail salon for about two years now and I will never go anywhere else again!!! everyone there does a great job, they take their time, they’re patient, they’re so kind and polite.
I have had such bad experiences with different nail salons in the area with the workers being very rude and not listening or paying attention to what the customer wants. BUT Top Nails 💅 is like a breath of fresh air from the owner down to the youngest person working there lol
The owner takes his time to make sure everyone is satisfied with their services, He checks everyone’s toes and Nails just to make sure everything is OK and that you’re happy. when you’re about to leave and you’re paying he’ll ask you if you’re happy with the Services, he’ll ask to look at your Nails just to make sure you’re walking out with the best service. They are amazing. They are family, friendly kid friendly I’ve taken my two year-old with me several times and they are so accommodating they are so kind and generous.
I usually get a lot of ingrown nails So the girl I go to her name is Jess. She only does pedicures and manicures not actual full sets, but I always use her for my pedicure and then anyone else for my nails. She’s so gentle she never makes me bleed or hurts me. but she’s able to always get those ingrown nails out without any problem.
Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. The only thing I’d complain about is the parking lol i hate the parking it’s a little tight Because they share parking with the other establishments next door lol But that’s not their fault.
I also love the fact that they let you schedule your appointments because whenever I go in I never wait long if I wait maybe 5-10 minutes that’s a lot which I don’t mind. They gave me in and out without rushing me. They make sure that I am happy with their services. They take their time, but move at a good pace.

I have been coming here for years; always great service, great prices and everyone is so friendly. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I saw the negative reviews on this page and I’ve never read anything more untrue… You can walk in anytime (or make an appointment) and you ALWAYS get treated with kindness, respect, and get top quality service.
The photo on the left is my nails from FOUR WEEKS AGO.. No lifting, no missing nails, no chipped paint. The photo on the right is from my refill today. As you can see, OUTSTANDING WORK from AMAZING PEOPLE.

Came in for a pedicure earlier this morning and my nail tech was okay until I realized she was literally watching a movie while using a drill on my toenails. She stopped a few times, I didn't really care, but when I was speaking to her and she seems to be irritated with me. I did ask for gemstones, but I realized that it didn't look right so I told her before she cured it with the light that I didn't want it. She said something slick under her breath thinking that I didn't understand her, but I did. Didn't want to cause a scene so I just walked up to the front and sat down while waiting for my friend. Not to mention that she rushed thru my pedicure, my french tips were all crooked, and the gel polish were not painted all the way near my cuticle, so it looks outgrown like I've gotten it done a couple weeks ago.I know it's not a big deal, but it's just inconsiderate the way she was. I don't mind spending, but if it ain't done correctly, I don't want it.

The lady in the first chair rushed doing my nails. I was definitely overcharged for a simple layover. No color, no design, very short nails. Like c’mon 45 dollars for a short layover? Ladies don’t forget to ask for the price before you sit down at this salon. Won’t be back.

Went as a walk-in customer. As this is my neighborhood nail shop I really wanted to love it. Salon is relatively clean, liners are used in pedicure tubs. My nail technician was polite and sweet… but she cut my toenails down very low without asking and shaped them to an hard straight edge which is not my style. I asked her to round them out a bit and she did but now they’re even shorter…
After leaving and further inspection of my toes, I’m more disappointed. My cuticles are flooded and areas of bare nail still exposed on the edges. There is clear polish (and bits of color) on my skin.
FAR too expensive for the experience.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. My nails are always done in a hygienic, professional manner and I get exactly what I ask for. All the nail techs are awesome!

First time I went here. I was seen fast as a walk in. Natalie did a beautiful job on my nails. Staff was polite and friendly. Would tell others to try this place. Not much parking in the front but there is a lot in the back. Prices were affordable. Definitely worth a try if your looking for a new place or just want to try someplace new.
