I just wanted to give a shout out to Lynnese and her supervisor (I did not get her name). I have a package that I ordered through eBay, and it has been extremely delayed. They were so helpful in trying to get to the bottom of it! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

I usually have the same female postal worker behind the counter and she is so polite and wonderful and the fact that she acknowledges me, and knows who I am from prior visits, make so much of a difference!
