“This branch is always so helpful. I went in a few weeks ago to open an account for my new business. There was a mix up with some of my IRS paperwork, and it was preventing me from opening the account. The IRS was of no help, as they were in the process of upgrading their systems, and I was stuck. I was open for business but had no way to collect funds. Luckily, I met with the manager, Keyta, and she was able to work with her staff to come up with a work around and get me up and running. my business is now open and generating revenue! This is not the type of high touch service I expected from a large bank, but they now have me as a customer for life.”
