“I was just in PNC Bank and received absolutely excellent service. I was greeted by Ben Rodriguez, he assisted me in a wire transfer for a real estate settlement. I had no idea that this was his first wire transfer as he is new with PNC bank. The transaction went flawlessly Ben was very professional he's an asset to the PNC Bank community.”
“This branch is always so helpful. I went in a few weeks ago to open an account for my new business. There was a mix up with some of my IRS paperwork, and it was preventing me from opening the account. The IRS was of no help, as they were in the process of upgrading their systems, and I was stuck. I was open for business but had no way to collect funds. Luckily, I met with the manager, Keyta, and she was able to work with her staff to come up with a work around and get me up and running. my business is now open and generating revenue!
