I’m currently staying in this hotel for a few nights with my wife and felt the need to share . The hotel is beautiful, clean, and staff is pleasant. Our room is also clean and nice, However, the mattress in our room is absolutely horrible!
The mattress is literally collapsing inward. I would rather sleep on the floor than on this mattress another night. Worst night sleep we’ve had in any hotel we have stayed in. This place should be embarrassed charging the amount they charge and not being aware of an issue like this.

I booked a room with Biscayne Suites Ocean City, and within the two weeks notice specified in their email confirmation I cancelled that reservation. They never responded by email, and when I called, they said I need to cancel online, even though I was actually speaking with the hotel front desk. Unfortunately, they gave the run-around, and refused to cancel the reservation, and were rude in their communications. I would not recommend engaging this with hotel. @Biscayne, if you'd be willing to acknowledge cancellation in an email that was given within the period specified in your email confirmation to enable a full refund, I could revise this review to reflect that. Thank you.

Versatile room layout with bath assessible from bedroom and living room. Great to have balcony. Efficiency kitchen has limited use and utensils. Good storage space. Quiet area as we were there prior to busy season. Easy access to boardwalk. Good A/C. Two lamps not working right. Easy TV remote. First return visit to OC in 50 years!

This place is beautiful! We had a great 1 bedroom condo with a deck looking right onto Ocean Ave - 1 block from the boardwalk/beach. It also has a rooftop picnic area with a pool. You can see most of the island from the roof. The building is very well kept and location is ideal.

We stayed here for the first time during the air show weekend. The room was beautiful and our kids loved the pool area. Location is also perfect! The one thing that I didn’t love was the parking. Spaces were super tight, especially with kids. It wouldn’t stop me from booking in the future though!

1st room a/c didn't work had to pack up again and moved to another room and only one tv worked. Very dated and noisy room. Booked 4 nights left after 3. Not happy with this place at all.Rooms: Very cheaply decorated and funished for the cost.

This is a very nice hotel. It's clean. It has a heated pool with a great view. You can set on the balcony at night and see the Boardwalk lit up...so beautiful. It is within walking distance to the Boardwalk. The rooms are spacious. I would definitely recommend. An added bonus there's an Ice cream stand on the corner and a restaurant close by.

This is our favorite place to stay. Great location and staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The kitchenettes are a great feature and stocked with your basic needs as far as dishes and cookware. Every unit we've ever stayed in has been clean.Rooms: Rooms are spacious.Nearby activities: Boardwalk, beach, shopping, restaurantsWalkability: Short, easy walk to many restaurants, boardwalk, and shops.

This was the worse exp ever!!! DONT STAY HERE THEY HELD A PENDING CHARGE ON MY CARD AND STILL NEVER RELEASED AFTER HAVING US PAY CASH!! The manager and one of the old lady receptionist was DISGUSTING!!! The manager was FILTHY she was called to arrive by the front deskStaff because they had me tap my card then swore me up and down it didn’t go thru but yet on my end is says this place have a holdOn my funds she arrived with her child immean the appearance of these two and the child was beyond me as the manager arrived the receptionist yelled “stay calm” and I immediately got upset because what was that about when no type of confrontation was even going on she was literally trying to be smart!!! Both ladies THOUGHT IT WAS SO FUNNY THAT THEY HAD PRETTY MUCH RUINED MY HUSBAND BDAY WEEKEND THE TVS DIDNT WORK AND THAT JUST ADDED TO A LIST OF THINGS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THE OLD LADY AT THE FRONT ATTITUDE WAS BEYOND ME AND SO WAS HER APPEARANCE. I WONT SLEEP UNTIL THEY ARE BOTH FIRED AND STILL TODAY THERE IS A PENDING CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT THAT IS HOLDING 205 after we paid the money in cash PLEASE CAN THE OWNER CONTACT ME

Visited in off season. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms spacious and well furnished. Easy walk to boardwalk and Asbury Ave. Can see ocean from east facing rooms, but wouldn't necessarily say "ocean view". Got lovely sunrise pictures of ferris wheel from room's balcony. Parking area sheltered my car well during winter storm.Rooms: Kitchen had a full fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Balcony big enough to sit and read on.Walkability: Basically mid way between Music Pier and Asbury Ave. Safe, short walk to boardwalk, food, and shopping.
