“We visited the store this weekend and bought a few items, it was a little pricey but our daughter loves what we got. On her first day wearing it to school, she got ink all over the front of it. I tried a bunch of remedies but nothing was working. I sent the store a message at 8:30pm, and within a couple minutes they responded with a couple options to try. The hairspray trick they suggested worked perfectly. I see some complaints about customer service, but they went above and beyond for us!”
