“Loved this place — real old-school gym vibe, not one of those flashy corporate spots. Good equipment, no attitude, just people there to actually work out. Staff is friendly and the regulars make it feel like a community. Highly recommend if you want a no-frills, serious gym.”
“Beautiful facility! We're visiting from out of state & my daughter used the pool for some swim practice....what a popular place! The front desk staff were friendly & very helpful as first time users of the pool. Will be back to use the pool in the near future”

“Very nice little gym, I came here from out of town and I'm so glad to find a nice old school garage gym. They have plenty of weights with both iron and your typical rubber lined plates, was able to get a good pump within a good amount of time and without waiting for equipment to open up. The equipment is well loved and well maintained, definitely recommended”
