About a week ago I got my hair done at this salon for the first time. Rachel did an amazing job on my hair. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to look and even tho I knew I wasn’t going to look exactly like the picture since I box dyed my hair before and my hair was kinda messed up. She tried her best asking for more opinions to her colleagues. And somehow it exceeded my expectations. I also wanna recognize her kindness I was seated there for couple hours starving and she offered herself to go get me something to eat ?

I am not writing this because I am unhappy with my color, (but I am) I am writing because I am so Upset the way it was handled. I realize sometimes color is not the way you asked BUT when I called no one called back for a couple days, and it wasnt even my colorist it was someone else. They said maybe next time she will put in some low lights. (But also did not say if it would be complimentary, may I add that last time I had the same color it was $180 and this time $200? don't know why.) Tried to just get me off the phone asap. Mind you the colorist still never bothered to call me, always someone else. Would not go back if this was the last salon on earth! only because of the way they made me feel.

I gave her creative freedom and could not have been happier with the outcome. I received so many compliments. I haven't had a hair cut and color in a year and a half due to hair loss. This was my first appointment back and they gave me Madison. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. So much inexperience was obvious. They shouldn't even let her work there. She had no idea what texurizing meant. The haircut could have been done better by me and she left black all over my face from the dye. I actually had to ask her to take it off which at that point I knew it wasn't coming off. 165 dollars later. Never will I go back there. Such a bad experience for my first time back.Service: Haircut

First time here. Corrine did a wonderful job cutting my hair and discussing options for color next visit. Very knowledgeable on products and guided me on what would be best for my dry hair. Going back in a few weeks for color service. Salon is nice, clean and everyone is very friendly. This was only my 2nd professional haircut since start of pandemic as I'm immune compromised & extremely cautious. My 1st was this past summer at a different salon and was NOT a good experience. Corrine put me at ease and wore a mask as well (I wear them everywhere). She took the time to listen and it made all the difference. This will definitely be my new salon to go to.
