AMAZING. I went today, my stylist was Elsie. I have 3a curls, and she genuinely did so good. I showed her my reference pictures and she did exactly what I asked for. I recommend her to all curly girls!! Haircut and wash/condition was $55, and I bought a mouse for $24 while there, the mouse is wonderful.

I had a lovely experience at Kelly's today. Everyone is warm and welcoming. I needed a root touch up and hair cut. Elsie did an amazing job. I am a seasonal person. They have so many other things to offer. I will be back.

I was in much need to get my roots colored; my daughter who does this for me was unable to do so due to working commitments.
I live in Ocean City .
I contacted Kelly’s Creations and what a wonderful place and results!!!
I am so grateful to this establishment; and I love what they did with my roots!!!,

I needed a haircut and a manicure so I Googled ( yes people I also use Google! ;-) places that would fill my needs and came across Kelly's! Wow, was I in for a wonderful surprise!!! I made an appointment for this afternoon ( I recommend an appointment ). I waited about 20 minutes to be seen by April, my hair stylist and told her what I wanted and she listened!!! I really enjoyed chatting with April, who is living her best life now and I ended up with a amazing haircut. Next I had nails with Tory who really takes his craft very seriously and is so precise when he works. While he was taking care of my nails we ran through topics like cutting butter, we laughed and there were no pregnant pauses for us . I met Kelly and the rest of the staff and didn't want to leave, I was having too much fun! I love the vibe of the salon and the people that make up the very eclectic staff. Thank you all for a great afternoon! Donna

My fiancée went here for a blowout and they did an absolutely terrible job. She had to redo her hair herself right after to make it look presentable. It looked like she just woke up after getting out of the salon.

I went to Kelly's for a mani/pedi and a Massage. I had the most wonderful afternoon being pampered by Diana and Tory. Diana found every knot and achy muscle and worked them out with the perfect pressure. Tory is a nail guru. My nails were a mess and he took his time and with his great care I left with my nails looking amazing. I highly recommend Kelly's to anyone who wants a salon that goes above and beyond
