“Went here to get some keys made and a couple didn't work. When I returned the employees were apologetic and remade the keys. This time I brought the lock with me and even after carefully remaking the key it still would not work. They explained this small padlock key is very difficult to copy. Instead of giving up they went and got the most experienced person in the store with the key machine who took 15 minutes and multiple tries to make two working copies for me. They put a lot of effort into a purchase that was only a few bucks. Very impressed and appreciative and will be giving them our business in the future.”

Everyone we met and worked with were as friendly and knowledgeable as can be. They understood exactly what we were looking for, after sending some pictures of the existing top.
