Good gym if you’re visiting OC did the week pass, advise bringing cash to pay for membership/drinks or whatever. Equipment is clean, staff friendly, a bit on the smaller side and get there early.

Been here a few times over the years for a quick workout. Friendly staff and nice facility with everything you need. Only $10 a day too.

Super welcoming staff. Easiest day pass process ever. Great gym for heavy lifters with everything you could ask for. Good squat racks, deadlift platforms, machines, dumbells, benches, etc.

The location /equipment/cleanliness is all good. The customer service behind the desk, has much to be desired. Especially if your spending 10.00 each day. Greeting a customer with a hello, GM, GF, goes a long way

This is my favorite gym by far. Excellent weightlifting and weight training gym. Clean, plenty of space and equipment availability. Amazing environment - the staff is incredibly friendly and encouraging and the other gym goers are courteous and respectful. Great vibe all around

I need a place to workout when I was on vacation and this was the best spot. It can get a little crowded but not bad enough to not workout. The staff is incredible and the equipment is perfect for any workout. The day and week rates are the way to go! Dont miss out on this spot.

Looking to work out while you are in Ocean City, NJ? Local Gym, located in the center of town, is the place! Non-members can pay 10 bucks and train: no strings attached. I believe they also offer a summer special of three months for $99, as well as a weekly rate. They've got plenty of strength-training equipment, and an adequate amount of space for functional training, if that's your thing. Some cardio equipment, but not much. The staff and members are very friendly; just be forewarned: this place is no frills! Reminds me of the gyms I use to train in back in the 80's, in a good way!

Great gym with a friendly vibe. Music was good. Well kept, organized and clean with a good assortment of equipment. Especially good if you do any powerlifting, but very serviceable for bodybuilding workouts too. Lots of varied cardio in addition to a well rounded selection of machines and generous assortment of free weights.There is no water fountain, so bring a bottle or fill up at the sink.
