Back on June 12, my mother and I spontaneously stopped into Mattress Firm on Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township so I could explore the possibility of purchasing a new mattress.
Natalie greeted us almost immediately and did so in a warm, professional manner. Very quickly, she established a great rapport with both my mother and me. During our conversation, I mentioned that I work in real estate. People often think of real estate professionals as salespeople, but I view myself as a service provider. I believe my job is to help people find the right place to live, whether they’re renting, buying, or selling.
