“Jerry was extremely helpful throughout my housing process. From the beginning, he stayed in communication, made sure my application was sent out, and kept me updated every step of the way. Finding a place can be stressful, but Jerry made it a lot smoother and gave me real support when I needed it. Because of his help, I was able to get approved for a unit that fits my situation perfectly. I appreciate his professionalism, patience, and effort. Definitely recommend working with him if you’re looking for housing assistance.”

“Can't say enough positive comments about Mark Grimes and his colleague Kathleen Gerbasio. They work very well together and I always felt comfortable during the sale of our family home. This was a bittersweet transaction for us and they were on the mark with each step navigating the process with many years of experience, listening and advising along the way. Never pushy but just with that right amount of level headedness which I really appreciate in the team I'm working with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them on either side of the table to represent my interests. They are my "go to" real estate team for So Jersey.”
