Rented a 3 bedroom suite. Each room had its own private bathroom which was awesome. The private entrances were nice too. WeWent with both sets of in laws so them not having to share a bathroom was fantastic. Room was nicely updated. Everything worked. Location was great and the size of the balcony was quite a surprise. I’d say is was 60-75 feet with a wrap around. It was off season (mid sept) so I wish the pool was heated But outside of that I have no complaints. Would go back.

We had a 3 room suite. Lots of room but not a lot of places to put things. The king room has a dresser and a small open closet. No drawers or shelves in the other two rooms. They had large closets. Perhaps a dresser in the closet! Not much storage space in the kitchen. If you need a tub, be sure to request one! Only one of the three rooms had one. Great location. Generous parking spaces!!Nearby activities: Close to boardwalk!!! Right near playland.Walkability: Walkable to entire boardwalk!

My family and I have been frequent visitors to the Impala Suites location in Ocean City, NJ over the past couple of years - our most recent visit being from Sunday, 7/30/23 to Thursday, 8/3/23.We will not be returning to this Shorebreak Resorts location anytime in the future. There were a list of issues during our last visit - Room 311 had no/limited WiFi, the bedroom television never worked properly, the room telephone never worked at all, and their was false information shared with us about how and when these issues would be rectified during our stay- which, ultimately, they never were. After speaking with front desk staff members, I asked to communicate with the Manager and ultimately his non-action and lack of responsiveness is in large part why we will not be returning to Impala Suites. We contacted one of the Owners too, and he chose not to respond to me either after multiple attempts to connect with him. When we checked out on Thursday, 8/3/23, the Manager assured me that he would handle things and that he would call me if there were any problems or issues. Disappointingly, he did not follow through on his word (we never received the partial refund he promised us) he never called me to notify me of any obstacles in this process, and he never called me back when I left a message with the front desk again on Monday, 8/7/23.I then reached out to an Owner to see if he cared to learn more about our concerns with his Impala Suites and why we have no plans on returning again. He did not respond either. My only take away is that the Management and Ownership of Impala Suites do not care about their customers - only their money.

So 90% of the people here don’t even speak English, can’t even understand what they say to me, makes me feel like I can’t ask for anything because they just assume I want more towels or something. Would much rather go anywhere else. And they let anyone go into the pool, even people off the street just park and hop right in.

This hotel was good but it could be better. I stayed at room 303 and the room was kinda nice and for the most part. The view was okay. The hotel furniture had stains and hair on the beds. definitely not worth 253 dollars. Me and my family could not sleep because of the upstairs neighbours screaming. Room service wouldn't answer our calls. The beach was a 3 minute walk which was nice. I rate this hotel a 2 and half. Recommend going to Impala islands instead. Not worth the price.Noteworthy details: Not worth the price

Absolutely gorgeous. The best option at the shore. The rooms are like beach condos and management is super accommodating.

This is a great place and our 2nd year in a row staying. We really like the entire property and had a great vacation. Unfortunately the pool that inspired our stay here was closed the entire stay this time. It would have been nice to have been informed prior to booking so we didn’t have our hopes up. Also when we asked if the pool would open before we left they said no and they didn’t offer a discount or explanation…

Great space for a large family. Love the 3 connected room option. New modern rooms. Nice and friendly housekeeping staff.Only downfall was that there was no laundry room yet. Was sent across the street to use one from another aphilliated hotel which had only one working washing machine and 2 dryers which did not dry my laundry. You had to pay to use the machines which turned into a big waste of time and money. The place we usually stayed had a washer/dryer in the room.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Rooms are decent, wouldn’t stay for longer than 3 days. Seems like some parts were cheap such as the automatic blinds and the fencing outside of the room.

Overall nice place. Brand new. But for a shore place no hooks anywhere in room to hang towels. No towel bars. No dresser to put clothes away. No tabletop space to put things on.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Second year in a row. The only negative was the family next door were very loud. We will be back next year. Housekeeping were terrific too.

**NEW HIDDEN FEES WARNING**Impala, the Wild Dunes and Ebb Tide Suites are now part of Shorebreak Resorts. As of 2022, they have started charging resort fees to stay here, which are not disclosed anywhere on their websites and the fee is not disclosed when you checkout online. The new resort fee is $25/night (higher than many of the casinos in Atlantic City). You do not get any extra resort amenities with the new resort fee. You still get access to the pool and wifi, which were available prior to the new fee. When you checkout online, the resort fee is added to the taxes line. It is not disclosed as a separate line item. We noticed that the tax amount was significantly higher than the 11.625% that is charged in OC. They tax the resort fee as well. Also, they are now charging a 2% credit card fee, which is not disclosed and is required. The initial rate that is quoted to you when booking the room does not include the credit card fee. It is added when you proceed to checkout under a fees line, which you may not notice that your amount has increased unless you're watching closely. If you're going to charge these new resort and credit card fees, disclose them/don't try to hide them.We have stayed at the Wild Dunes and Ebb Tides Suites quite frequently. The Wild Dunes could definitely use some updating, especially with the mattresses and bathrooms. Ebb Tide Suites are preferred and we enjoy them a lot more. With these new fees, we will consider staying in Atlantic City more often since the rates there are often cheaper now.
