The man who works here is miserable. Why have a job interacting with the public if you dislike people so much? Plus, there were no international stamps. This was the 2nd time I’ve encountered this unhappy man. I’m done. I’ll go to Bradly Beach from now on even though I live in Ocean Grove.

Convenient location, but there's a man that works the counter who is really unprofessional and seems to hate being there. I once went in 30 mins before closing and he didn't want to ship my package because it was shipping internationally. He said "it was a lot of paperwork and they were closing soon so there wasn't enough time". He told me to come back the next day, but it was a gift and I didn't want to wait another day, which I told him. I said I would fill out the paper as fast as I could and he finally gave me the form, reluctantly. It took maybe 5 mins to fill out, he was just being lazy. He has an attitude with customers for no reason. Makes you feel like you're a nuisance.

Change of address never went through and I had to redo it. Worker was rude and rushed me through a Priority shipping which has not yet arrived and closed the window 5 minutes early.

I went to several post offices in area to mail overnight packages for charity event was treated very rude in 2different post offices . My parents suggested I go to there post office in ocean grove, the man behind the window was very helpful getting the remaining 15 packages out without any problem or attitude

I agree with the review below. Seems many people are getting attitude off this guy who currently works there. The woman who was there was a bit better but still a sourpuss. All I do is drop a package and get the receipt and you would think I dropped of 20 packages with problems smh. It doesn't require so much nasty attitude over. And I am pleasant. He really needs to find a new job or just not work because he has a chip on his shoulder.

Im not sure why every time I go to this post office they seem to have the biggest attitude in the world. I normally try to avoid it and go to the one in Bradley. The woman at the Bradley one is a godsend and helps me with whatever issue I may have. As someone who works in the service industry myself I always have a great attitude and make sure I use the manners my mother raised me with. But at the post office in ocean grove it doesn't seem to matter. When I pay my rent I sometimes have to use multiple form of payment because of splitting the rent with my roommates. I apologize and try to make it as easy as possible but this man was so rude! I had told him the bank across the street wouldn't allow me to withdraw my money and he gave me a nasty face and questioned this. I think he thought maybe I didn't have the funds to cover it but that wasn't the case at all. I have used multiple forms of payment on numerous occasion, and when I say multiple I simply mean cash and a card . Sometimes 2 cards if need be. It is never an issue anywhere else except for this location! I tell them the exact amount and have enough funds to cover the total of course! Or else I wouldn't be in there wasting their time. He told me numerous times "it's not going to work, they won't take two cards!" I said sir, I've done this numerous times before. He was huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes and talking to me like i was beneath him because I had to pay with numerous forms of payment .. this isn't the first time that happened there. A lady had made an issue of it as well. Which is why I try my hardest not to go there but they stay open later on Saturdays than others post offices. It's just really seems these days that people who work in customer service settings would rather be doing anything else! You never know what kind of day someone is having and being rude to someone for no apparent reason because they may need a little extra else just isn't ok! You are being paid by your employer to do a service, so please just do that service and help out the people who are kindly asking for help. Thank you.

Quaint, old fashioned post office in beautiful Ocean Grove. I love the tin ceiling and old wooden post boxes. Parking can be challenging so I walk or bike. There can be a line occasionally due to there being only one teller but I always have a pleasant experience at this unique post office.
