Great customer service, found I needed a little extra storage space. Brittany was so helpful, stopped in office today at 12:30, was all moved in by 2:15! Couldn't be happier.

Brittany, the manager at the Ocean View facility is the epitome of courtesy and professionalism.
She runs a tight “ship” and demonstrates sincere appreciation for her tenants.

Almost painless online reservation experience. Had to call customer service since I could not complete the process. The young lady assisted me and loaded everything manually and completed my reservation. She provided exceptional customer service. I wish that I had made a note of her name so she could get the praise she deserves

Good luck trying to close a unit. Customer service is atrocious, and communication is abysmal.Update: after posting this review, Brittany reached out to me and went out of her way to make sure the unit was closed. Better late than never I guess. She asked me to update my review, so I'll give an extra star for her effort.

Website was a bit of a problem in being a bit glitchy. Other than that once the information was filled out online and submitted we had access to the storage unit within an hour or two. Need to supply your own lock. Prices have gone up since I rented at this establishment a year ago but then again what has my gone up in pricing.If you need help via phone it goes to a call center as opposed to local employee.
