Went to this store for my very first time today so I was not familiar with the layout of the merchandise…..there was (1) other customer was in the store….i needed 3 separate items and for each I inquired of a different clerk if they carried the product…..not one single clerk escorted me to the product….each clerk simply recited the aisle number and letter. Meanwhile , they seemed to be concerned about what the thermostat temperature was set at.
Don’t recommend this place unless you like that type …or lack of…custom service.

Would never step foot in this place again. The rudeness from this young guy probably a family member, has to learn how to talk to people. And calls himself a manager. Lol far from it

Have been going to Gardners for 25 years. They have everything and the knowledge to support what they sell. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Customer service is awesome !!

Great selection of Hardware for all of your needs. Good quality products instead of the cheap products. I prefer this hardware store over Home Depot in a heartbeat. Staff are always helpful and nice. Great location as well.

AAAAA+ Gardner Hardware has maintained a first-class operation since I've been going there for over 30 years. The Gardner Family has always done their best to offer better and more personal service than other stores. I've lost count of the number of times that Joe has gone above and beyond helping my friends and family solve with every type of project you could possibly imagine. The True Value upgrade has enhanced the business and given local customers access to a greater range of products.I'm glad The Gardners are still there and hope they will be for many years to come. Gardner Hardware deserves more than Five stars and gets my highest level of recommendation.
