I have never posted a bad review before, but I was treated so poorly a couple times I had to write this.
Absolute worst store manager, she has the rudest attitude I ever witnessed in customer service. I purchased 2 iphone 15 & ipad Pro13 even though we all got a bad feeling since she was pretty snotty for no reason, the scowl on her face never went away even when talking to other customers. Upon returning within the 30 day period to return the old iphones for a $350 credit each as in our contract she said I wasn't there in the 30 day period. After calendar counting the with her 3-4 x she realized she was incorrect.
Next her computer wouldn't offer a promotion for her to return them so I needed to call 611 customer service. Me call, not her in her store! After 2.5 hrs of me on phone with AT& T CS trying to help apply the promotion & giving her optional ways to do it, she refused. It was obvious when she went in the back & left me alone a few times to deal with the CS she didn't care & said she just worked there! Anytime CS asked question of her it was met with hostility. She said an upper manager would need to do it & she really wasn't sure when she was coming back. Even the AT & T customer service lady was mortified at what she was hearing her say in the store to me. She refused to follow her directions over the phone how to handle it. It truly was a awful experience !
She told an employee to start shutting off the lights so we were in the dark finishing up.
I was scammed there 3yrs ago with an offer of a BOGO & it turned out that promo didn't exist either & had to make numerous calls to rectify that one too. That manager gave the run around & then wouldn't you know it that manager left too& I had to re-explain the whole story again.
They try drag it out by giving you the run around so 30 days passes & you cannot get a credit, pretty scammy. At the end she reluctantly input a modified version of the credit in the computer however receipt said $95 each not $350. I hope I really do see a credit in the months but I 'm not holding my breath. I'd advise you to go anywhere else but here.

There is an associate named “J” that works at this location and she is absolutely beyond rude! Every time I come to the store for help she is rolling her eyes and giving unnecessary attitude! I live 2 minutes away from this location and will drive 25 minutes away to go to the Middletown or Hazlet location just to receive good customer service! I am beyond disappointed. I will never come back again!

Beware of this store adding additional charges to your account. My son went to upgrade his phone and without saying anything added protection. Went to another store to have it corrected and the manager wasn’t surprised by this.

J was very helpful with a situation that was not 'fixable' through the online AT&T chat service. We spent over a week dealing with non-answers and she handled matters within 10 or so minutes. Will definitely be going back if we need anything else.

I should have given the review when Belle and Anthony were there. They were the epitome of what exceptional customer service looks and feels like. These new employees are scammers and liars. The facade is they are there to help. Only to find your entire bill fxcked over the following month. AT&T as a company is a fxcking rip off, a scam and waste of money. You’re losing a customer, in hopes the rest will follow.
