I should have given the review when Belle and Anthony were there. They were the epitome of what exceptional customer service looks and feels like. These new employees are scammers and liars. The facade is they are there to help. Only to find your entire bill fxcked over the following month. AT&T as a company is a fxcking rip off, a scam and waste of money. You’re losing a customer, in hopes the rest will follow.

I had to get a new phone due to breaking the old one. I’m not tech savvy at all, but Belton helped me out 100%. He was patient, answered all questions I had, took his time with me. He was awesome. He deserves a raise !Thank You Belton.

This store took advantage of my mother by adding unnecessary charges on to the bill(roughly double what we should have been paying). Additionally, they made it so we couldn't undo the charges until the very nice customer service person eventually dropped them. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE anyone that has a similar experience to me(reading the reviews it seems they're many people that have a similar experience) to file complaints to the Better Business Bureau and pursue the proper channels to get this resolved. I spoke with other at&t stores and they also said this is a store very well known for scamming. STAY SAFE and avoid this place at all costs the workers are not to be trusted and the owner seems equally untrustworthy.

I had posted a negative review of this store recently which I am retracting. I returned to the store today and spoke to one of the reps personally who took the time to explain why the additional charges on my bill were listed the way they were. I thought the billing process for a new phone was somewhat convoluted but he assured me they were onetime charges and my bill should revert to what it was previously at the next billing cycle. I will wait and see.

added a line without my consent! tried to call and fix issue and the girl hangs up on me. i call back and said hi i just called you hung up on me she lies saying no she didn’t. was very rude. DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE YOULL GET SCAMMED!!!!!!

They made a excuse saying they can’t transfer old iphone to new iPhone because the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. It only need blue tooth to do the transfer. As I have to drive all way to Shrewsbury store to complete the transfer.

Wonderful staff here. I brought a woman in a wheelchair with me to this store and, without even asking, one of the staff members came and helped us in. It was this older woman who wanted the phone and the staff member who helped us, Lorenzo, was so patient and easygoing with her, I was so pleased. I credit this to Lorenzo because she had a lot of questions; she was going from a flip phone to a modern phone so this was a big deal. All in all, nothing but good things to say.

I have been using this AT&T store for more than 20 years. Now all changed, they provide horrendous customer service, really don't care and it shows. All they do is sell, won't even help transfer data to a new phone.

I knew I’d forget his name…sold me iPhone 14pro on evening of 1/21/23 starts with an R! Hands down the best phone purchasing experience of my life. Truly amazing customer service. He’s a keeper and give the young man a raise!

Belton was so helpful and amazing! I’ve never had an easier and more clear experience when purchasing a new phone and upgrading my plan. I also really appreciate that I was able to browse for a while and then Belton helped me when I was ready. I actually wasn’t sure if I was going to buy that day but Belton made it feel easy and the complete opposite of every other experience I have ever had in a cell carrier’s store.
