I highly recommend Avalon Flooring in Ocean Township. I recently purchased tile for two bathroom renovation projects. They have a great selection of beautiful tile to choose from. Tim has been extremely helpful throughout the process with excellent advice and great communication. Thanks Tim!

After visiting several bath and tile stores, we finally hit the jackpot at Avalon Flooring.Our Design Consultant, Uche was incredible!Uche was highly professional, kind, and above all patient as we described the look we were hoping to achieve.She listened intently, asked several questions, then using her expertise, proceeded to display several options that aligned with our vision and budget.We can not wait to complete our bathroom remodel and enjoy our vision that Uche was instrumental in bringing to life!

Just completed an order with Tim at the Ocean Twp. Avalon Tile store. We are doing a total renovation of a home in Cape May. Tim was great to work with and extremely patient and helpful. We made several trips to the store with various family members in tow to finalize our selections. Tim coordinated with our contractor from Cape May and the local Avalon store down there. Everyone at the Ocean Twp. store were friendly and great to interact with. We highly recommend Tim and the Ocean Twp. store. Thanks Tim!Joe & Donna D

There are several tile and flooring stores in our area but Avalon Flooring has the nicest selection of tile. So many very beautiful choices that are extremely unique. Our visit today was made even better with the help of Sales Representative Keenan Brown. This young man was very polite and helpful. What sets Avalon above the other flooring stores is the upscale selections they offer. And...the friendly, no-pressure sales reps like Keenan!

I left and deleted an earlier review, because I had only given them 1 star as I was upset about not being able to return left over tile. I would recommend that all of the Avalon Tiles tell their customers, before ringing up an order, that special order means it won't just take longer to come in, but that the tile cannot be returned. It isn't sufficient to say later that being non-returnable is printed on the back of the receipt. I deleted the purely negative review, because after getting over my initial annoyance and pain in the wallet, I did remember how helpful they were with the planning of the project and that I love the tile. I would recommend Avalon tile, but they really need to make customers aware about special orders and what that entails before they ring them up.I was told I could return all full boxes of tile, so was very surprised when I could not, other than that particular experience, every other aspect of working with Avalon Tile was excellent.

Avalon Flooring has been a godsend since we have started projects at our home in Sea Bright.First, Aspasia is amazing at her job. She’s great at understanding design and knowing all of the materials needed for any project. She’s both an expert on construction and aesthetics of any project. So far she has helped us with 2 bathrooms and a runner on a staircase. As with any remodel, we ran into issues where we didn’t order all of the right supplies or enough. She was always there to find us a fast and satisfying solution. Even today we literally needed one tile to complete a giant wall and she helped and found us a sample so the work wasn’t delayed.I also want to recognize Russ who installed our stair runner. He was so nice and did an AMAZING job. I couldn’t believe how fast he worked and high quality of the runner and padding.Finally, everyone else at the store has been so helpful. Kevin Hart just personally drove out a piece that we needed for a renovation. Brent helped us pick the runner while Aspasia was out of office. Literally everyone has bent over backwards to help us and I couldn’t be happier. Please use this company for your floor/tile needs!

What an amazing experience I had with Kathryn! She made a stressful experience into a beautiful one! She openly used her expertise in combining colors with our cabinets , floor, and granite tops to the perfect backsplash that I love. She’s patient , a great listener and a honest person and I appreciate that. I highly recommend to ask for her at the Ocean Township store. You won’t regret it!

I have used Meghan twice now through Avalon and it’s been an exceptional experience both times..so pleasant, very helpful, and she has an amazing eye for design! I will keep going back to Meghan for my flooring and tile needs! When you go to Avalon ask for Meghan!!

Our first time of doing business with Avalon Flooring, and this amazing lady UCHE GLEASON assisted my husband and I through out the selections of different tiles for our master bathroom and the kids bathroom as well. Our experience is second to none, and we are definitely coming back for more. She is highly recommended.
