“They standby their work 100%. Any problems they will correct it without question. The owner himself is as approachable as any of the employees. These are people that care about what they do and will treat your vehicle as if it was their own. I highly recommend Anything you’re getting done to your vehicle without question. They are good at what they do, They are honestly fair priced, And mostly they are trustworthy if they give you a suggestion take it.”
“I called the shop on Monday and Rebeca was extremely diligent and kind, she scheduled my appointment for Wednesday right away. I brought my car in today and they did a great job. Thank you all for the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

“Excellent service! Rick came to my location and replaced my windshield quickly and professionally. I didn’t have to drive anywhere, which was incredibly convenient. As a mom with young kids and limited help, having the repair done at home made a huge difference. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!”
“I was blessed to win a free detailing that Lee’s donated to a very good cause. WOW!! My car was DIRTY, inside and out. The detailing was TOP NOTCH!! My 2022 Kia Forte looks BRAND NEW! The office staff, Ryan and Tony were super nice!! Great service all around!! And thank you for donating to a very important cause. 💕🙏✝”
“My windsheild was severely cracked by the extreme cold weather. Neptune Glass didn't have the windsheild for my car in stock, but was still able order and replace it within a couple of days. Excellent work, fair price. I highly recommend them.”
“Just had a great experience at Lee's in Shrewsbury. We got 3 different quotes before deciding to go with Lee's. Andy did the estimate and was friendly, quick, and efficient. Parts came in on time and work was done within the time-frame promised. Our car looks GREAT! The quality is topnotch. We will definitely utilize Lee's again should we need body work. Thank you!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Diamond Dave Auto Glass. I was very disappointed with the lack of service and communication from Safelite, so I decided to find a new place to replace my windshield. I reached out to Dave. He was very responsive and helpful. He was able to get the glass and replace the windshield within a week. I was thrilled. They came to my house and did the job quickly. I would recommend them!!”

“Beyond impressed with the service here. James is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. I received weekly updates, and was kept informed on the entire process. It took a little longer than expected, but I couldn’t be happier with the results and my experience dealing with them! Absolutely wonderful!!”
