They screwed up my order (could be an honest mistake) but it really put me out as I was sick as a dog. Then their system for handling customer service totally and utterly sucks. Their phone menu totally and utterly sucks as well. I let them know in no uncertain terms at their customer feedback survey.

Shamefully, I don’t know the pharmacists name but she is really on top of things. Anytime I pick up a new script she reviews medications I shouldn’t combine without having to ask. She is always quick with refills despite the fact that she is usually working alone and my scripts are always refilled before I run out!
