This store is always closed. This is the worst dollar store in Mom county like literally always closed. Never open whole store lights on, but it’s closed with people leave early.

Closed indefinitely due to “technical issues” - don’t waste your time driving over. Regardless absolutely terrible place. Everything is super unorganized and constantly out of stock.

This places closes at 10. Me, my girlfriend and my mom came at 9:50 trying to buy 2 things and they refused to let all of us in, only one of us. The guy let me in and then locked the door in their face. The lady sweeping was rude and told me to hurry up and then took her time to unlock the door and let me out.

This dollar tree is frequently a mess and super disorganized. There’s a manager working there who apparently brings her kid to work and sits in the back office presumably for hours at a time. She gets extremely annoyed anytime a cashier asks her to come out for a return. She clearly hates being at her job. I’ve never seen someone happy to be working here.
Today I went to purchase a couple of items and I listened to the interaction the older male cashier was having with the women checking out before me. Apparently they selected the cash back option, to which the man replied “Can you read?” They were clearly shocked but there was a sign near the register that said no cash back. If you can’t do cash back and that’s so detrimental, dollar tree needs to take away that feature from their card machines. I let him know that was a rude thing to say and he said “I don’t care if it was rude, nobody knows how to read a sign.” WILD.
I work in customer service and would have never said that to a customer. I don’t have high expectations when I go into a dollar tree because I’m sure they’re getting paid garbage, but I couldn’t imagine talking to another human being like that, especially not a customer. I make just above minimum wage, barely, but you have to make the most out of every moment and not be miserable when you come to work, or at least act like you’re not.

Woman at the cashier refused to blow one balloon for me stating that I have to call the order in. The phones are down and she would not ask for assistance. 12/38 @ 140 pm

DO NOT GO or USE CASH. They either have a credit card reader or memorizing credit card numbers. About 1 hr after coming here, I got a charge at Walmart for $1500.

I went to this store around 8pm. Was 2nd in line to pay. Lady in front of me greeted the guy & got a response. After she paid, she said "thank you"& he responded. I also greeted him & when I said thank you, he ignored me and said nothing back. I don't understand why all these dollar tree companies hire these careless racist men. The lady was white. I'm not white which is why I got ignored by him. He had an attitude with me too. I know these business don't care about racism towards people of color. I posted this for the people of color. Be aware. These types of stores usually has an old lady or a young man that doesn't like people of color. I've been to these for more than 10 years and I've seen it all my life.
