I ordered the rainbow and butterfly arrangement to be sent to my sisters place of employment for her birthday, for everyone to share. Based on some of the other reviews I wasn't sure how it would look or if they would be enough for her to share? I took a chance and was wonderfully surprised. It was delivered the same day, within only a couple of hours. My sister was delighted. It was beautiful colorful and fresh. It did come in the container that was pictured. The arrangement was filled with very fresh fruit and drizzled chocolate covered strawberries.There was plenty for everyone. Thank you so much for making my sister's birthday special.

Recently ordered a gift arrangement for the famiiy I work for. They RAVED, so I ordered a fruit centerpiece for my own family as a dessert for a birthday gathering. BIG WIN.
Staff is patient and friendly and the fruit was OUTSTANDING. And it's not even prime season for the melons, pineapple and strawberries included.
Will definitely be a regular customer. If you live in the area, don't hesitate.

Unbelievable service, exceeded expectations! When I ordered a birthday arrangement, didn’t think about the recipient not being home to receive. Of course with a perishable in the summer, it was not left and a second delivery attempted same day. The store communicated with me every step of the way. They made a third attempt next day and still no one home. We rescheduled yet again, no hassle and reassured me that they maintain high standards of quality and service. This customer first approach is what makes companies great. Thank you EA of Ocean!

Worst customer service. Never delivered on time after promising they would. I had to pick it up at the end of the day. Won't be ordering from them anymore!

This business left an arrangement on our stoop when no one was home instead of offering the purchaser to reschedule the delivery. Wasted our friends’ money. Could have easily offered to reschedule delivery. Guaranteed we won’t ever be a customer of this business.

Ordered a bosses gift box got at thank you Ballon instead with the box..It specifically said bosses day foil Ballon with box I'm pissed I paid my money and should of received what I ordered..way to ruin a person day..called to complain and was sent straight to there busy automated person..they did not pick up..And I sure there not that busy..messing up people orders ? ocean store.

Received a box of chocolate covered fruit from the ocean township store on my birthday, today. No note. I have no idea who they are from. I called the store, gave them identification numbers from the package, and they had no idea, either. Left my name and phone number and no one called me back for the rest of the day.Ate one piece of chocolate covered fruit from the nice that had a musty smell. Like mildew. Was a little nauseated after eating it. I think there was mold on the box. Extremely disappointed, but would tell anyone reading this…give a different gift or read the reviews of the store it is coming from.

Never received a call back from voicemail i left about inventory.90$ for flowers and chocolates that I had to put together the arrangement myself.Website showed they were closed on the Sunday when the pick up time was, phone said they were closed.Store was actually open, and business hours magically updated after bringing it to their attention.No attempts to rectify the issue. Corporate said they have to go with what the stores say. Overall an incredible poor experience, I attempted to shop local but apparently even franchises can't up keep quality.Very easy decision to never support this business.

I ordered an arrangement and had it sent as a gift to my mother’s job and it was an absolute HIT. My mom and her coworkers went on for days about the look and taste of the arrangement. I would highly recommend using this location when placing orders for your next edible arrangement.
