Ordered a bosses gift box got at thank you Ballon instead with the box..It specifically said bosses day foil Ballon with box I'm pissed I paid my money and should of received what I ordered..way to ruin a person day..called to complain and was sent straight to there busy automated person..they did not pick up..And I sure there not that busy..messing up people orders ? ocean store.

Received a box of chocolate covered fruit from the ocean township store on my birthday, today. No note. I have no idea who they are from. I called the store, gave them identification numbers from the package, and they had no idea, either. Left my name and phone number and no one called me back for the rest of the day.Ate one piece of chocolate covered fruit from the nice that had a musty smell. Like mildew. Was a little nauseated after eating it. I think there was mold on the box. Extremely disappointed, but would tell anyone reading this…give a different gift or read the reviews of the store it is coming from.

Never received a call back from voicemail i left about inventory.90$ for flowers and chocolates that I had to put together the arrangement myself.Website showed they were closed on the Sunday when the pick up time was, phone said they were closed.Store was actually open, and business hours magically updated after bringing it to their attention.No attempts to rectify the issue. Corporate said they have to go with what the stores say. Overall an incredible poor experience, I attempted to shop local but apparently even franchises can't up keep quality.Very easy decision to never support this business.

I ordered an arrangement and had it sent as a gift to my mother’s job and it was an absolute HIT. My mom and her coworkers went on for days about the look and taste of the arrangement. I would highly recommend using this location when placing orders for your next edible arrangement.

I have received 3 arrangements in the last several months. The latest one was before this Christmas. The fruit in in each arrangement was just one day before rotten.I would never be so rude as to insult the sender . But this business really needs to step up.I had to throw out the whole arrangement that someone loving sent me the next day.

This store in "Ocean" delivered a fruit box with bad bananas. I called and complained and they said the ones in their cooler were fine. They said it "Must be the heat" but the fruit was still cold when I opened the door for the delivery person so they did not sit in the heat unless it was the delivery person left them in the heat in the car.!They did not offer to replace them! Do not use the Ocean store! Their customer service is poor!

This was the absolute worst place ever. I would give it no stars if I could. For the second time, I tried to send an arrangement, spent more than $100 each time (and that's an understatement) and specifically gave on-line and called in store: instructions to call or text the recipient first to ensure they are home. I was assured each time this would happen, however, each time, did not. As a result, the orders never get delivered. I receive a call to phone the store to reschedule the delivery. I did each time. I then had to call the recipient myself to arrange the delivery time. Now.. no longer a surprise gift.... then call the store back. The re-delivery time was not convenient for them. I asked for the manager and was speaking to someone named "TATUM". She was rude. The delivery time I now rescheduled was 6:30 pm since it's now 2pm.. they stop delivering at 5 pm. Soooo, I ask can I have a rescheduled delivery for tomorrow? I AGAIN request if they can call the recipient BEFORE the delivery to ensure they are home. Apparently this cannot happen. What can happen, is that my credit card can be charged, and the delivery person is driving around for days with fruit, it's no longer fresh and I can to make delivery arrangements. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I frequently used edible arrangements for family, friends and business but will NEVER use this location again. This is an outrage. They take your money quickly... stay away from this store. Thieves!!!

I placed an order online early this am to be delivered and has yet to be there for a Bday gift, apparently it's still out for delivery but in Holmdel when we are 5 min away and paid $15 for a delivery fee to be there on her Bday, to enjoy it for the day...well that was a waste of money as her Bday is almost over for the day! I won't be wasting my money on this expensive crap anymore and what a horrible location to boot!!! Give a huge thumbs down!!

I have been to this location 4 times to pick up last a last minute arrangement or chocolate covered fruit. 1 out of 4 times they had something ready for sale. The woman behind the counter was less than helpful. It's a shame that the store is poorly staffed.

I only went in because it was cheaper to pick up than to deliver. No one was at the counter when I came in. I waited, then spoke, hellooo, someone said hello, but didn't come right away.

MY ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS WAS EASY TO PLACE AND IT WAS A VERY BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT. MY SISTER-IN-LAW ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT.
