The car was ready for me. Staff is very friendly. Transaction went quickly. The car was a Jeep Compass that ran great, handled well and got good mileage.
Return of vehicle was fast and easy.

What a great experience at this location. I had a car in the shop from being rear ended and then my other car had an issue and needed to be with the dealership tech for a few days. Salma and her team did an amazing job in getting me into two rentals, which allowed me to not miss a beat with work and family life. The rentals were fabulouos, new and clean. The team was so friendly and accomodating Jake, Peter, Paige, Mercedes - all great! Thank you so muich and Salma you are a rock star, I sincerely appreciated you helping us out and going the extra mile!

I was in an accident and my insurance always uses enterprise rent a car for rentals while estimators are assigned to quote for repairs. When I went to pick up my rental car, Chris helped me out and he could see that I was very upset about the whole situation I was in. He rented me a fun car to try out and he was wonderful throughout! Made me feel better while stressing about everything that was happening. I will definitely recommend enterprise to my friends!

I've been renting with enterprise in ocean township for a while, there's never any issues, I'm always right in and right out. Staff are also very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

My insurance company booked a rental thru enterprise in Wall. I was on the phone for 45+ mins trying to get thru after being disconnected several times. Finally talked to the rep there. They proceeded to run me in circles for 10 mins giving me information on all the other enterprise facilities.
I started this process at 430 - it was now 5:26. They all close at 5:30
I called Ocean EP and spoke with Chris - they said come on over, WE WILL STAY OPEN FOR YOU!!
Absolute amazing!! The whole team from the gentleman who drove me home when the rental was thru, the check in/out process - every single team member was outstanding and went above and beyond with ALL the customers there.
As for Wall EP - you are an embarrassment and will drive customers away

I was rear ended on my way to work one morning and turned to this branch for a rental car while repairs were being made on my car. Miscommunication regarding insurance, myself and Enterprise led to ridiculous charges that the owner or Regional Manager refused to compromise with me on. Staff members were a pleasure to deal with though!
