I had gone to Linda (manager) for second time getting cut and first time was great. The second haircut is fine accept I asked for gentle shampoo on my scalp because I have been having hair loss and other issues. Well she was scratching my scalp so much during washing that when I left and was driving home my scalp was burning from the scratch marks left behind on scalp. Why would any hair dresser scratch your scalp to begin with when it is bad for your scalp and also for hair regrowth. Now I have to go to Dr to check on my scalp. I am a type 1 diabetic also. I don’t understand why any hairdresser will use nails when clearly it is not the best way to wash someone’s hair. 😡

Hairstylist should not be making comments Asking if clients are on medication because they suspect hair loss when they are tugging and pulling the hair. To have Jennifer bring up multiple times “wow you have a lot of hair loss, are you on medication?” Was absolutely ridiculous, especially considering they have no business speaking about things like this. My hair was wet before coming in to get the haircut, and of all people a hairstylist should know while the hair is wet, not to tug and pull it so hard, But yet she did this, and hurt my scalp. and of course, more hair would fall out than normal. I had to tell her when I’m at home, I use a brush and comb it lightly. I left in tears and proceeded to call back and say you cannot talk to clients like that, and then she was like “I was trying to Letting you know, you might have a condition.” Which I don’t, and I know that. I just have thin hair, not everyone’s hair is thick. My hair isn’t thinning. Absolutely insane for her to say such things when All she is supposed to be doing is cutting my hair and giving me what I asked for. This was my first time going here and it is my last time. I made sure to let her know people like you are the reason why we don’t come back. She’s a hairstylist, clearly she knows how to work with different hair types, including thin hair, but I guess not. Horrible, horrible experience.

I have been to this Great Clips once before. The young lady that cut my hair did a beautiful job. I needed a hair cut that was long over due. I decided to go to the same Great Clips, and came out so angry with the crappy haircut. I am in the system with that I was there before and the haircut I received. I wanted a trim and my hair cut into layers. My hair is also always cut into a u shape. The lady cut my hair just cut it straight across, not even holding it to make sure she cut it straight. She didn't cut it into layers and now my ends are choppy. My haircut took 10 minutes, if that. I was in and out of her chair so fast that my head was spinning. I left that place angry, sad, frustrated and pure unhappiness. I gave her a tip, because I felt like I needed to give her a tip. I don't think I will go there ever again. Looking at my hair now makes me sad.

It was the worst experience. We felt like we were not welcomed.
Requested style: My daughter requested her hair to be cut in layers but the stylist cut it differently. We even showed her the picture my daughter liked it.
Stylist: Kathy was very rude and unprofessional, she should not be in this field. She was very nasty. She doesn’t know how to treat her customers. My daughter and my wife walked out the salon crying, because the way she treated us. She should be fired. I will not recommend this place.

Went today about 1:15pm. I asked the stylist to cut and curl my hair for a wedding later today. She said she wouldn't be able to style my hair since they need 3 beauticians working. There was only 2. No one was waiting to get haircuts when I arrived. I asked her several times to explain why she couldn't take another 10 minutes to curl my hair. She just kept repeating herself said that's the policy ! Then charged me $20 for senior haircut that she barely cut an inch off! Ridiculous way to treat customers
