The Ocean Kohl's staff was more than helpful. Not only did they show patience, respect, they tried every which way to work out my issue. Eventually they succeeded with total professionalism, The gal helping me at the return counter was more that efficient, showed such calmness and patience. She is a gem. The gal at checkout was just as helpful when I couldn't find the item that was on display.....she actually went and looked and found the item in question. I was so impressed by the store and it's employees. Thank you

I am Petite. The Petite department is very small nowadays. The store is clean. The staff is courteous.

Beware of their cancellation policy for returns online. Although it clearly states that you have 15 minutes to cancel your order after attempting to cancel it within four minutes I was told you cannot cancel an order that is pick up at store and shipped to home. This is nowhere on their website. I was hoping to use a gift return that I had received towards this order and had inadvertently clicked the Purchase order. I tried within four minutes to cancel the order and told it was impossible.

Kohls ocean store on route 35 is a pleasure to shop in —always. Inventory is great. Kohls store is clean,organized and safe.
Personnel are helpful. Customer service personnel are kind and very professional. Returns to kohls are easy. Amazon return space is great. Love this store.
